A truely odd, yet brilliant line.

Interestingly, if you turn on the the closed captions on your TV, the line there has Fry complaining the cream cheese in his pocket is melting.  No wait, not interesting.  The other one.  Tedious.

Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson and Zapp Brannigan are the stupidest characters on TV ever.

Come on people... how can you make yourself vote for Fry? Homer is the dumbest in the selction, although Peter Griffin and Patrick Star are unknown to me... (In DK we have almost no culture, generally speaking)
Homer is the kind of person who actually steals peoples bulky refuse. Whe ntheir neighbour was moving out, he was extatic that he could get a box of wire hangers and some expired medicine for himself... Eating devouring binging on expired medicine is bound to be the most moronic thing to do for pleasure:
"Come on, Marge- maybe I'm not getting enough... Oestrogen."

Homer. As Coop said, it's kinda funny when Peter's stupid. But Homer's just...plain old stupid. And you have to give Fry a fudge factor because his brain is composed of other waves.

Peter and Scully (seasons 9-12) Homer are about the same, but Homer in any other era (and yes that includes the Jean era) is definetely a little smarter then Peter, who is just completely braindead.   Fry is probably about the same as Homer (aside from Scully Homer), and Zoidberg isn't really dumb, just weird.  I'm not really very familiar with Patrick given that he's on a children's show, but he does seem pretty dumb from the glimpses I've seen.  That said my vote goes for Peter.

I would have to say that double posters are the stupidest.

Other than that, Homer gets my vote. The others just don't have the down right... well stupidity.

In Short :
For me it's out of Homer and Peter.
I find that Peter, has the stupidest one-time moments, while Homer is more consistantly stupid...

I will now take this opportunity to reel off some classic quotes...

Meg : "Mum, there's fleas all over the house!"
Peter : "There's only one thing to do... Learn the language of the fleas, earn thier trust and breed with thier women, and in time, our differences will be forgotten"
Lois : "Call the damn exterminator!"

Jay : ...And you must be the man who didn't know whether he had a pimple or a boil.
Homer : It was a Gummy-bear.

Before I reveal who I voted for, I have to say that Fry is not stupid. He has the innocence of a child (which just makes him so sweet) as well as the intelligence of one. But please don't call him stupid, because he really isn't.
I would also like to say that Homer started out as likably stupid, and was still someone you could relate to (in season 2 I think he was in this mode, particularly in Lisa's Substitute). I really don't think that he's stupid as in idiotic, just blissfully unaware of the fact that he is stupid.
Anyway, I voted Peter Griffin. I think that he is just a moron, and not even really a likable one at that. I always thought that he was pretty much a ripoff of Homer Simpson.

Easy. Patrick is the stupidist. The only one dumber than him is G.I.R. from IZ. Though I wonder why Zapp wasn't included on this poll?

Toughy, I think it's either Patrick or Homer. I mean yeah Peter & Fry are stupid but when the going gets tough their brains work. And Patrick couldn't be smart to save the lint in his belly-button.
