Bishop/Cable ::shutter::

Gambit ::shutter::

I am glad those characters won't be in the movie. Wolverine is a good character we don't need another more annoying version of him.  smile

Unless they're recent additions, they're not in the comics. I haven't heard of them, but I haven't read all of them.

I'm not very fond of Wolverine. There was never really much emphasis on his backstory in the comics and he just seemed like a baddass killing machine. I've always preferred the characters with more personality and that have more interesting backgrounds (e.g. Angel or Havok)

Well, he does have the right to free speech...

But it was kinda pointless to say "I hate X-Men" on a pro X-men thread. Seriously, Ky, you may want to slow down before provoking people with your opinion on purpose.

Im almost positive Gambit wont be in the movie as a main character. Hes too much like Wolverine. But dont give up hope, he may make a cameo. All i know is Shadowcat, Jubalie, and Colossus will have bigger roles in the next one, but still im not positive.

Thanx Musca, do you happen to know the issue?

So do i have to ask my question here then Nixorbo? I feel silly replying to a topic that hasn't been touched in 10 months. Anywho, I guess I'n giving this a major bump.

Does anyone know a good X-Men Evolution fansite?

(And Kitty and Kurt rule!)

I dunno if they're good ones, but try these:

Indeed, they do; more so in the comics than on X-Men: Evolution, though.

My fav was always Gambit... when he didn't appear in the movie, I got all sad.

Still good films, though. Magneto is the bomb.

He did appear in the movie X-2. When Mystique is scanning a list of mutants on Stryker's list, one of the names that pops up is "Remy Lebeau". Hank Mccoy is interviewed on the news, and in the Weapon X labs, you can see x-rays of Archangel.

Hey, has anyone read the first two of "Astonishing X-men"? Pretty spiffy, I think. The art's ookay, but the writing is quite good. I like Larroca's new series of X-men for art- and it focuses on where Uncanny X-men left off..follows more onto Sammy aka Squidboy and Icarus.

My friend loaned me his copy of the rare 1980's X-men cartoon special.  "Pryde of the X-men".  It was a pilot episode for a series that never was.  Has anybody else seen "Pryde of the X-men"?  The animation reminded me of G.I. Joe or Thundercats.

That's no fun at all.  I think it's a pup tent that wasn't put up right.

Is "obivious" supposed to be "obvious" or "oblivious"?

It's a mutation of "obvious". Don't ask what it's good for, after all, not all mutations make sense...

I'm not sure if I've ever seen that, but I do remember seeing a couple of episodes of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends that had guest appearances by the X-men.  I liked those episodes a lot better than that silly X-men cartoon from the 90s.
