Yeah.. or whats worse is knowing the friend who built a Microsoft Access database for all of his dvds.. and then knowing that friend was yourself. Oh I made myself sad..

May looks to be a hardy month, chock full of great DVD's. Invader Zim, Jetsons, LOTR-ROTK.. May death come quickly to your wallets.

Metropolis the anime is about a little cyborg girl who could be used to destry civilization. Sure, the premise is rather tired, but the movie's all about style.. The music, gorgeous animation and social commentary make up for any complaints you might have. And Phiphi pwnz j00.

It's worth pointing out that the anime is a remake of Fritz Lang's movie from 1927. I've seen neither btw.

I was going to update my list but then I realised that I've only bought one or two DVDs in the past few months. Which is strange, it must be the correlation of the planets or something.

Ray Park plays the part of the Headless Horseman. Cristopher Walken is the horesman when he has a head. If that makes sense.....

Faze: I'll post a review on the review thread when I get round to watching it. I was too busy watching Pirates of the Carribean to watch Sleepy Hollow on the telly last night.

Obviously you haven't seen either. The anime is based on the Tezuka manga. Fie on you for saying otherwise! Although the confusion IS understandable...

You're right, I definitely read somewhere that it was a remake but IMDB says otherwise. Although they also say this:
