Isn't "wog" a derogatory term for an asian or african person or something?

TV: You may get all our crappy shows, but I've never seen a show produced in Australia.

Movie: Mad Max.  (Though until the nice DVD came out  the American release had dubbed audio.  Anyone know why?  It's not like it's hard to understand a damn Aussie accent.)

I laughed when I saw on the amerrican show "Rippley's Believe it or not" that they put subtitles on Australian, and on Brits I think too.

Sorry off topic.

Another good aussie movie is Crackerjack.

You have got to be kidding me.

Best movies: Two Hands, Romper Stomper, The Well.

Best TV: CNNNN (god bless you, Chaser lads), Backberner, The Games, The Late Show.

As you can probably tell by the fact that all of those shows are no longer with us, I don't watch much locally-produced content any more.

the only thing worse than comedy inc is the people who repeatedly quote the horribly unfunny lines from that horribly unfunny show full of horribly unfunny horrible celebrity impersonations in sketches which are.. horribly written. so don't watch it.

uh, the micallef p(r)ogram/me was good. heath ledger's ned kelly will never match yahoo serious'. i have never heard of cnnnnn. that is all. and remember: rove live sucks.

I agree, Comedy Inc has got to be the worst show on TV. But that can be expected, after alll it is a channel 9 prodution.

As for Rove Live what the hell are you talking about? Its not my favorite show or anything but in the category of Australian TV its one of the best we have got...sorta
