But yeah, good episode. Did anyone not see that the phonecall was a trap? Seriously, Jack outsmarts an evil president, an evil RoboCop, an evil Dr. Romano, and a slew of Russian terrorists only to fall for the old "you've got a phone call waiting in a tactically disadvantageous spot"-trick? Please. I called it, and I've been watching this show for all of a month. I predict much torture and beating will ensue in the early hours of next season. Did anyone else notice that the Chinese Consul was the same guy that played Consul Han in Rush Hour? No, you didn't, because I watched that movie way far too goddamn much and wish I could scour it from my mind. But are there so few Chinese actors that one can end up playing essentially the same person in two entirely unrelated works? The answer is coincidence. This TOTPD takes place between the pages of 4 and 5. ------------------ Your resident, though often absent, Corrupt Despot

http://youtube.com/watch?v=cxCKleuThHg Holy shit! WAYNE PALMER AS PRESIDENT?! God, I can't wait for this season to start. I have to admit thought, I wish we could have seen what happened to Jack when he was caught by the Chinese.

I can already tell this is going to be a great season. In the first night we learned that Kumar is a terrorist and Jack is a day-walker vampire.

I've never watched this show until tonight. (I heard all the good reviews during the 1st season and didn't bother 'cause I was sure it'd be cancelled immediately. How wrong I was.) Good stuff. That bomb going off was one of the biggest moments I've ever had while watching tv.

Yeah thats how they hook you. Everytime you think you know whats going on, they switch it up on you. The only thing that you know for sure is that Jack will do ANYTHING if he thinks its right for America.

Yeah the leader of the "blue tooth" crew from last season is Jack's brother. Man he has some issues, looks like he can't compare to Jack even with his wife.

Yeah, Jack serious family issues. No wonder why he commits so much to his job.
Man, Morris could have got away if he wanted to. I know if I get a call from Jack, I'm not asking any questions. Just do what he says, he's Jack Fuckin' Bauer.

Season 7 has a great start, it's been long since I've been that much into 24. I never saw the first season but everything after that. It's on a bad time for my on Thursday evenings but I can catch the rerun on Sunday nights. It's the greetest!
Or you could catch it on DVD or watch it online for free. I love this show. I love the plotlines and how the story unfolds. I just wish that there was less Jack and more of a focus on the plot. He gets too much screen time.
