I am Farscape

Savefarscape.com scraped up money and is now going to have a commercial running next week hoping to get some more support for the show. Good idea... Anyone want to start a Futurama commercial?

Just saw the commercial... strange I expected better from the fans of a science fiction tv show...

Haven't seen it but reading in the Farscape mag it seems that ADV may be making a 26 episode 25 min Anime version of the show using the original castt voices. I'm not so sure on this probably because every time i try and envision it I see Revenging Angel.

A Farscape anime would be cool, as long as they don't jettison what's unique about the show.

If I see Chrichton and Scorpius throwing fireballs at each other, someone dies.

I think Farscape is a great show but don't much like the idea of an animated series, it seems about as wrong as live action Futurama

I agree with Tweek as much as I love anime, and I do, I think Farscape is best left as a live action show.

There is also a plan for a movie but there is a problem with this. The problem is they will not be able to follow from the series because that would only attract the fans and they say they would need to expand the audience to make a movie.

The last one we saw was "Unrealized Reality". I think Kansas gets shown in January.

I caught the last 5 minutes of an episode last night. I was actually surprised it hadn't been advertised, but it seems it has a 10pm slot on Aussie TV now... And they're new episdes. yay!

Dude, if you want to understand any of Farscape now, you have to watch every episode, from the premiere up to the end of Season 4. That's the only way. Believe me, I still don't know some of the stuff that happened during season 3 (or was it season 4?). I completly missed the ep where Crichton got cloned.

Eat me really wasn't a great episode but snce it's on the DVD's I can see it when ever I want. Just curious what series is America up to on DVD I think we get series 4 soon.

Well Terra Firma (guess what it's about) was on the BEEB last noght and i ca n say I thouroughly enjoyed it. Heres some of the things I liked

John is back on Earth and unless they reviel it's a trick in a later ep it looks like he did make it back. Earth makes first contact but unlike Star Trek it does not seem to cause a unification in fact more fractures occur since America wants to keep all the technology for them selves for national security, which sounds more likely than the star trek ideals.
The episode also shows how much John has changed, he can't seem to adapt to living on Earth again. It also seems like he and Aeryn might get back together but in true Farscaoe style they leave it fairly ambigious.

All in all great episode it's just sad that with every passing episdoe we draw closer to Farscapes end

That futuristic curse word or whatever it is, "frell", sounds stupid in pretty much every context. Especially "bullfrell".. I mean, how can they use the word as both "bullfrell" and "frell me dead".. makes no sense.

Jon got back to Earth noe of teh major arcs. Now in a recent episod Dargo finnally got revenge on Macton

It just seems odd to me.

you know what's weird? In "Kansas," Chiana's half grey, half caucasian, yet in earlier epidodes, she had grey legs...did they do that on purpose or something?
