I love Conan and Leno. Have to give it to leno though. COnan makes an ass of himself all the time, which is great in its own right, but Leno is the best. Letterman sucks.

Lately I haven't been able to get enough of Letterman. I know he relies on in-jokes a lot, but damn it, that's what I love about him. The other talkshows seem too rehearsed and overwritten. I'd rather just watch Letterman goof around and show Dr. Phil clips all day. His idiotic games are great, too. "Will It Float?" and "What The Hell Is It?"...that's the kind of crap I like to play at home.
Also, Letterman is a class act, as shown by his 9/11 and Warren Zevon shows.
Conan is good too, but the humor factor of his show has been steadily declining for the past few years, and the repeated jokes tend to annoy me. Already mentioned is the "nobody watches us" stuff, but there are a lot of other Conan cliches that piss me off(I don't feel like going into them now...maybe some other time when it's not 3:30am). Also, Conan is hands-down the worst interviewer on TV--which is too bad, because he is really hilarious. I wish he'd lighten up, forget about the staged questions, and just have a normal conversation for once.
I'm not much of a Leno fan at all. I'll watch Kilborn if he has a good guest, but his comedy is pretty forgetable.

Conan also was a writer for the Simpsons, he did some great episodes like Marge vs the Monorail one and Homer Goes to College.

Jon Stewart needs votes. He's got the best delivery since Chevy Chase on SNL's Weekend Update.

Letterman. He's just the greatest. Conan is... repetitive and immature. The masturbating bear isn't funny, because you know ahead of time that he's going to masturbate. Which is, amazingly enough, not very funny, especially after you've seen it a few times. Letterman is the real deal.

Kilborn...he's just hilarious, and Jeff Goldblum frequents his show.

Of the ones I've heard about Leno is the best. At least his jokes are funny.
Letterman is just a lot of weird in-jokes, although the deli-guy is quite good.

I've got to give Conan his due credit, Triumph is pretty hilarious when he wants to be.
