24601.

My BONUS question: Who else has been identified by that same number?

(Hint: It's someone we see quite regularly)

Tweek's right.

It's Sideshow Bob's prision number, and I think its remained constant throughout the series. It comes up when Selma writes Bob in jail.

France (Bart), Japan, that African one (Zimbabwe?), Canada, Brazil and Bart went to either Taiwan or Japan delivering a human organ of some sort, so 5 or 6.

Oh and Homer went to some islands as a missionary, so 6 or 7.

No others spring to mind at this late stage of the night.

11 so far is better than I'd thought you do. (Actually, I forgot the "Europe to get Lisa's balloon", but it is valid, so I'll count it.)

So far, your answers are:
France
India
Hong Kong (at the time, it was not part of China, so it counts)
Cuba
Japan
Micronesia (where Homer was a missionary)
Scotland
Zimbabwe (the Simpsons' safari)
Canada
"Europe"
Brazil

There are only two left. One should have been really easy and the other is really obscure, but not if you think of all of the Simpsons.

The person who gets the last one gets to ask the next question.

Okay, Germany's a go, but I do not constitue "Russian waters" as a seperate country. Why not just say that "international waters" (from when Homer took over Burns' yacht) is a separate country, too? Sheesh.

Sovjet waters actually, nut that's just nitpicking.

Russian diplomat: "The Soviet Union will be pleased to offer amnesty to your wayward vessel."
American diplomat: "The Soviet Union?  I thought you guys broke up."
Russian diplomat: "Njet! That's what we wanted you to think!"  :evillaugh:  :evillaugh:

Wrong Teral! Home acutally passes a big lettering in the ocean that says RUSSIAN WATERS. So bam. I love the picture of him dancing in Red Square though.

Yep, that's because the animator was fooled by the Sovjet gambit as well, and used inaccurate old maps. But as the diplomat said, that was only a ruse and Homer was indeed in Sovjet waters, legally speaking. Bam back at ya'.
