The actor that played the voice of Garfield died. Quite sad. He also played on of the Ghostbusters in the cartoon series  :(

They are bringing back The Twlight Zone. They have the guy that hosted the Lost Classics kind of movie advertising that it's coming to ABC I believe. I may be wrong about the guy, but it sure looks like him.

Kryten, if Sheep in the Big City is a reincarnation of Rocky and Bullwinkle, I wanna know how. That show is stupid in my opinion. You have a bunch of morons chasing down a sheep that doesn't have to be able to talk to be smarter than them. I don't even get why they're chasing it to begin with.

As for everybody putting down Futurama, its future may be grim, but it's not gone just yet. It should be saved, but it can't be brought back if it's still there.

Shows that should be brought back:
Sliders (or at least finished)
The Chronicle (ended in cliff hanger as well)
Pinky and The Brain (without Elmyra)
Hey Arnold!
X-files (the truth is STILL out there)
Freakylinks (had promise and actual website)
Deadlast (good show cancelled before its time)
Gargoyles (agree with Kryten)
Duckman (kinda good and I should like to see this cliff hanger)

That about does it. Oh for those who might wonder. I saw the last ep. of Pepper Ann on Toon Disney. Had no idea it was never shown on ABC, but it had that finished feeling to it. Not huge fan, just something I happened to catch

It's just the complete absurdity of the show. It had some of the worst puns, the most bizarre characters, the strangest connecting bits, and, well... everything.

Also, they wanted the sheep because he was the only sheep who fit in the sheep-powered raygun.

Sheep-powered raygun? What idiots! Just strap a battery on that thing and call it running!

Bring back Futurama, Family Guy, and The Critic. I beleive The Critic had good characters beginning with Jay Sherman's dad.

They should bring back the Phyllis Diller Show, the Don Rickles Show, & Laugh In. They should also create a new variety show with the exhumed corpses of the original Rat Pack & Orson Welles.

I want shows to come back just so they can be cancelled again. Step By Step got cancelled twice...not nearly enough if you ask me. I want UPN to axe it too.

Ahem, aha aha ha ha :) Sorry about that. Still you like what you like. Still I thought it was a genetically altered sheep and that's why they wanted it back so bad. That raygun bit is just a bit weak.

Yeah, Doug is really good. I spent a lot of time trying to find out what it was called. Then as soon as I heard Doug I remembered the beginning of the show :)

I'm going to say KOTH, even though it's not fully gone yet. But if I wait to post this on the day it is gone this thread will probably be locked by then.

A lot of shows need to stay cancelled.  They work better with a beginning and an end... as with all good stories.

Futurama - in the 22 minutes format.

Firefly - even though the world isn't ready for it yet. :(

X-Files - I didn't like how they wrapped things up with the ending, I want more!

I'd love to see some kind of "what happened after" episode of Cowboy Bebop. However this would probably completely ruin the point of the ending and generally fail to uphold the greatness it has achieved. So it's not hard to figure out why there is / will never be more.

Still, hell of a mean way to end a story.

Early Edition was about an orange cat that delivered a magic newspaper to a guy in an apartment. He used this magic newspaper to go around saving people's lives from various conundrums. It was really good.

Not a magic newspaper; it was tomorrow's paper.  He could find out what was going to happen by reading about it before it happened, then he tried to prevent bad things from happening.

I thought it was a week early, but I'm probably confusing it with a 7 days or something.

If it hasn't already, "Pushing Daisies" goes on this list. Also,"Dead Like Me."
