Tweek, I always thought that that was character development, one of the better points in RotJ.
Hmmm there are so many series where if the characters sit and think for one second they would have done things completly different. For some reason I am an offical member of the Nitpicker's guild yet I can not think of anything at the moment.

One movie later, and suddenly Darth Vader is his dad? How the hell does that make sense?
obi wan means metaphorically, darth vader killed anakin skywalker. maybe metaphorically isn't the right word, but vader and anikan are not the same person, so in a way when anikan became vader, vader killed anikan. (did that even make sense?) that's what obi wan means anyway. because he didn't want to tell luke that vader was his father.

In Family Matters, they had three kids the first couple seasons. Then they only have two kids and when they talk about them, they NEVER mention the third child. The aunt just disappears leaving her son behind to be raised by the parents. Then in the last season, the wife is replaced by another woman who they try to pass off as her. I'm sorry, a remarriage would have been a good story line because that woman looked nothing like the woman she replaced.

Originally posted by FishyJoe: They replaced Harriet Winslow? That sucks! The whole show was created because of her. Yeah, but like I said, they replaced the original so they still had a Harriet just a different woman. Although the show was supposed to be about her family, it soon was taken over by Urkel. But if he hadn't, I doubt it would have lasted as long as it did.
