My friends all watch Saved by the Bell, it's the most moronic thing on TV. Apart from Barney, of which I am a die-hard fan...

I beg to differ, Judge Judy, Anime and any form of realtiy show never get my invaluable ratings.

To me Pokemon, Digimon, Bey Blade, etc. are such capitalist ideas from such a Communist idea area.

My respect, it has not.

I watched that with my friend once. He's a fan,  and kept laughing at paticular moments to my great confusion.

And another thing: Growing Pains! The youngest daughter was a baby one year, and then next season she's starting kindergarten? How the hell did she grow so fast?

And Kirk Cameron was always a trouble maker. Why the hell did he become a teacher at the end of the show's run? Totally out of character. Screw TV.

In Married with Children Peg gave birth to a 7 year old.

It wasn't their kid, it was Peg's cousin Bobcat Goldthwait's kid.

Kryten is right. The whole Peggy is pregnant storyline turned out to be a dream, and then shortly afterwards they added a completely different kid to the cast for no good reason.

Soon after that they got rid of the kid. Did they ever explain what happened to him? I think that's around when I stopped paying attention to the show.

didn't really explain, but there was an episode where peggy picked up a milk carton, and the kid's picture was on the side. she just looked at it, shrugged, and put the carton back in the fridge. ;]

What about the difference between Ktarians in TNG and Voyager?  Ktarians from TNG have two weird lobes over each eye and dislike the Federation.  In Voyager, Ktarians have horns extending from the center of their foreheads and seem to be friendly and popular in the Federation.

In the original Star Wars C-3PO says he isn't much of a story teller and barely seems to know what has been happening, in "Return of the Jedi" he explains their story to the ewoks in detail with hand gestures and sound effects  :hmpf:

Tweek, I always thought that that was character development, one of the better points in RotJ.

Hmmm there are so many series where if the characters sit and think for one second they would have done things completly different. For some reason I am an offical member of the Nitpicker's guild yet I can not think of anything at the moment.

Also in the original Star Wars, Luke is told that his father was betrayed and murdered by Darth Vader.

One movie later, and suddenly Darth Vader is his dad? How the hell does that make sense?

Also, in Empire Strikes Back, Yoda is all like "no Luke, don't quit your training to face Vader, you'll go to the dark side".

Then in Return of the Jedi, Luke comes back and all Yoda has to say is "your training in complete, now go face Vader". Stupid dying old bastard. Never trust a jedi knight, they are nothing but lies.

obi wan means metaphorically, darth vader killed anakin skywalker. maybe metaphorically isn't the right word, but vader and anikan are not the same person, so in a way when anikan became vader, vader killed anikan.
(did that even make sense?)
that's what obi wan means anyway. because he didn't want to tell luke that vader was his father.

Yay. The Bill fans.  :)

How about a spin-off of the Rugrats where they all age 12 years and have their own babies.

I find your 'time to have babies' at very disturbing, are you sure you mean JUST 12 years?

I don't really watch the show, but they're babies, so between 0 and 4??

Having babies at 16 is not for ~FazeShift~ anyway.

In Family Matters, they had three kids the first couple seasons. Then they only have two kids and when they talk about them, they NEVER mention the third child. The aunt just disappears leaving her son behind to be raised by the parents. Then in the last season, the wife is replaced by another woman who they try to pass off as her. I'm sorry, a remarriage would have been a good story line because that woman looked nothing like the woman she replaced.

They replaced Harriet Winslow? That sucks! The whole show was created because of her.

Yeah, but like I said, they replaced the original so they still had a Harriet just a different woman. Although the show was supposed to be about her family, it soon was taken over by Urkel. But if he hadn't, I doubt it would have lasted as long as it did.
