I would also accept this:

Did anyone hear that they've canceled 3D releases of Episodes II and III?

Probably because no one cared about the 3D release of Episode I?

I know I certainly don't care about either 3D or Episode I.

I didn't care about 3D volume one either.

I hope when episode VII is released it is in 2D... even though I'll wait for the DVD release you can usually tell when something was made in 3D because of the gimmick of having things moving 'out of the screen'.

I don't care personally but they should of done a 2D re-release.

They should of done a 2D release instead a 3D release.

Or if you're referring to grammar, should of is a modern grammatical way of saying should have in spoken American English. It's a warping of should've by the way it is pronounced, "should-ov."

I did not see the 3D rerelease, and I'm as big a fan as they come.

I actually wouldn't have minded seeing it in theaters again (I am a Phantom Menace fan) but 3D just doesn't make me horny, and I just never found the time to go. It's too soon for rereleases anyway--the prequels aren't old enough for me to be nostalgic yet!

Also, pretending like you don't know what somebody is saying because of untraditional grammar is probably the lamest thing you can do on the internet, even lamer than liking The Phantom Menace!

Is true!

Also I do agree it's to early to rerelease them. But, now Disney should find and produce a theatrical cut for all those without 35mm projectors.

On another note, boring writing is grammatically correct but creative writing ain't and it's more fun to read.

kind of both..

i hate the prequels .. but as i said... i would almost pay for seating a big nice theather and see those yellow letters scroll into space in the big screen with the fanfare sounding in the THX/Dolby 8 system..

i hate Episode 1, while watching it last year its blatant sillyness and plotholes were embarrasing me .. but its a star wars movie and i was watching it in the big screen..

what i can say... its something we cant do at home even with a big ass home cinema.. the cinema has something special and i really dont go there any often ..

I don't have any special desire to see movies in 3D, but I could be tempted to pay the exorbitant prices to see some of my other favorites in theaters.  This would probably not extend to the prequels, however.  Jurassic Park might be good in 3D.  The LOTR movies could be too.

Or if you're referring to grammar, should of is a modern grammatical way of saying should have in spoken American English. It's a warping of should've by the way it is pronounced, "should-ov."
Then it's probably a misspelling of "should've".

Has anybody claimed a scene yet? I'm tempted to do something with origami, but do I have the time and the resources? Probably not.

I have claimed all the scenes, starring me, in a hot tub, with several sexy gold bikini Leias...
Some say it's not canon (or even the right episode), but screw those guys!

Hiring starts... now!

I saw Episode I in 3D mainly because I was in basic training and the 1st part of my advanced individual training and couldn't leave base when the movie was in theaters the 1st time around.  By the time I could go off base the movie was no longer in theaters.

That being said the 3D wasn't all that great.

There's a pretty sweet story arc coming to an end in S5 of Clone Wars if anyone's watching: Darth Maul, his brother Savage Opress, Obi Wan, Mandalorians, Sidious...
It starts in season 3 and has some episodes in season 4: 3x12, 3x13, 3x14, 4x19, 4x21, 4x22
Then season 5 episodes: 5x01, 5x14, 5x15, 5x16
Skip 5x10-13 though, they are some of the worst episodes I've ever seen.

Thanks for the heads up! I tuned out at the end of season 3 because the show was just too inconsistent and I couldn't keep sitting through the bad episodes just to see the occasional enjoyable story. But I've tried to keep up with the Darth Maul stuff. (Even though I hate the concept, I must admit that they've done a reasonable job with these episodes. If you consider it some kind of non-canon alternate reality thing, it is pretty enjoyable.)

It is inconsistent to the maxx, like those crappy episodes this season; maybe kids would find them enertaining (goofy droid squad led by a small frog takes up 4 episodes, really?!), but then transitioning into the dark storylines that I would question the suitability of if I had small kids...

Boba Begins has a ring to it, though I was never really big on his character even before he was shoehorned into the prequels.

Other possible spinoffs:
Jabba the Hutt in The Blobfather
Lando Calrissian in How to Succeed in Bespin Without Really Trying
Darth Vader and Obi-Wan in a much better movie.
Jek Porkins in Top Gut
Admiral Ackbar in The Fish on the River Kwai

Watch the original trilogy, Boba Fett's on-screen time is severely limited.  And that's what makes him so call.  The prequels already tried by throwing more of him at the screen, but it just seemed lame and tacked on.  Exploring characters like this is not what makes Star Wars great.  Star Wars is a space opera, and that is what it excels at.
