This is the problem with DVD regions, there is no insentive what so ever for consumers to not go out and get a region free player. I want to watch Futurama? Can't it isn't out in America. Want to watch Bebop? Can't it isn't out in England... this just sucks.

One of the same-looking DVDs I scanned from a set (it's actually borrowed from a friend, hehe). Clever use of the center hole, I think.

Oh I could get all of these shows, I have a multi region player. Problem is the import fees yuo have to pay to get them into the country. I had to pay £18 to get Tenchi OVA from the post office. It ain't cheap.

Really. I don't think anybody here wishes they were Japanese. I just think we like some of its culture and wish to express it. No need to be hostile, Nixorbo, just because you were scarred emotionally at a young age by Speed Racer cartoons.

Actually that cat apears in every episode of Trigun and usually once per volume of the manga. i think his name is kironeko-sama which means lord black cat. In the manga he also appears in the end of chapter material. First one had the author praising McFarline and wishing for Trigun characters to be made into one of his actionfigures (which it was a couple years back)
