Okay, I teared up, just a little bit, but I'm committing myself to Exodus International, just to be safe. :hmpf:

Almost missed the "real" John Dorian saying "adios", too. I thought it was okay, overall! One question: I haven't watched most of Season 8 - what happened to the moped?!!

So Comedy Central aired "My Musical" today, meaning I am two years late in saying: Damn, that was awesome. "Everything Comes Down to Poo", "Guy Love", and "For the Last Time, I'm Dominican" were definitely my favorites (now there is a weird sentence).

Actually, the entire episode was much better than I would've expected; the singing wasn't painful, the lyrics were hilarious, and the choreography was pretty damn impressive.

People were singing Guy Love for a long time after that episode came out. We still sing it when the opportunity arises. Like when we see two guys having an emotional moment on another show, or when footballers get rough with each other.

I re-watched approximately the first half of season 5 today. Whatever happened to Keith? All I can remember was him calling Eliot names for a while. I'll just have to keep re-watching everything. That was pretty unfair for JD when they decided to do the 'booty call' since none of the female interns were that attractive..no offence to them.
I really enjoy the whole Wizard of Oz thing for the 100th episode. I love The Blanks version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow. It's much nicer than the movie version. :hmpf:

...ooh, a Scrubs movie..

...Nah.

I re- watched My First Day. I fell in love with Sarah Chalke all over again. She did not have much to do on Roseanne, so who would've known what comedy timimg she had.
She was on Letterman explaining about her round head. It was hysterical.
Her stunt double was asked how she would replicate Sarah's round head. She replied, I'll just pooch out my cheeks with air. Of course Sarah had to demonstrate.
Funny stuff.

Scrubs will return to ABC on Tuesday Dec 1 with two new episodes at 9:00 EDT.

This show which switched networks, must be only one or three that have ever done it and returned for another season after the "switch season"

I know double posting, nah nah nah.

This new season is really like a spin-off, only Turk and Cox are going to be in every episode. JD and Elliot are only in the first 6 and Carla isn't appearing at all. I will probably pass because the finale of season 8 was just too good.

saw a few of last season's episodes and I thought it was much better than season 7, but since I work when it's on and not all characters ar gonna be on it, it's probably a good time to say goodnight

Just to name a few off the top of my head:

Diff'rent Strokes
The Wonderful World of Disney
Rocky and his Friend (a.k.a. The Bullwinkle Show)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Grounded for Life
Sliders (if you count Sci-fi Network)

....and quite a few soap Operas that my mother-in-law will drone on and on about.

I am sure there are quite a few more, but like I said, that was just off the top of my head.

I am pretty sure Taxi made it to a second season after a network switch, but am not 100%, so I am not adding it to the list, yet.

Just watched the first three eps. New girl Lucy chick person - not a big fan of her "JD-isms" (with all the in-head narrative and similar facial expressions/dream scenes/etc)...

Liking Mahoney more...

hehe #1.. yeah, that's fun..

JD's dorkish carry-on ways are getting pretty old though.

Enjoying and hating Cole at the same time. Love the preppy shit that "everyone" does these days. Take that!

Yeah off the top of my head....Oops I found this on Bambooweb.com

Taxi 1 year
Diff'rent Strokes 1 year
Family Matters 1 year
The Naked Truth 1 year
Roswell 1 year
Step by Step 1 year

Buffy 2 years
Grounded for Life 2 years
The Edge of Night (who in the hell watched this tripe, anyway?) 9 years
Rocky and friends/Bullwinkle 4 years
Search for Tomorrow who watched this crap for 4 more years
Disney Too many years.
Sliders 2 years.

Yeah that's quite a few that did it. 7.

BTW if you can think of some others off the top pf your head. Help Bambooweb out and tell them

Going through the whole series now. On season 1, episode 13. Some of these early ones are super ace. Some not that good. Am I the only that can't stand Carla? I really like this song in the end of ep13. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QD7qIthSdkA

I've finally overcome my laziness and started getting the DVDs of Scrubs... Yeah that's pretty much it... Wow, I'm boring...

How did it go, my friend?

Scrubs did have a pretty fun soundtrack. Or I liked the songs because I liked the show. Something. I enjoyed the songs The Blanks did.

You're only up to ep 13? I can't even say which season is the best... A lot of it is just the random gags that my friend and I used to quote and be the only ones to get it because we were the only ones who'd watched the show properly, same as Arrested Development. Good times. I'd replace my Perth friend with Jezzem, but he doesn't know AD quotes.

Something I really like is how Dr Cox is on the surface an asshole, but as viewers we all know perfectly well he's only the way he is because he cares about making good doctors, so everything he does and says I'm interpreting and thinking about why he does what he does. And its exciting and satisfying when he does show his inner softness. He's a lot like Joelene! Maybe. Or something.
JD just kissed the Blondie doctor, actually she kissed him :o I can never remember her name. I always want to say Claire, she looks like a Claire.

Elliot? It's pretty easy for me to remember...

Dr Cox always had good speeches. At the end JD gave him a book of his speeches, it was the best. Oops, spoilers!

Although I think one of my favourite things was always the dialogue between Jordan and Perry.

Cox's speeches are the best thing about the whole show. I wish I had a team of sitcom writers putting rants together for me in real life so I could so eloquently blast people on the spot.

Lookit Jemima, I'm gonna give you some examples of things I'd rather see than you offering up your oh-ho-ho-ho so relevant opinion of I compare to a fictional character on a defunct television sitcom:

Eat a light bulb,
Cut out my own lung and then eat that as well,
Sit through an entire episode of The View,
Make out with my own grandfather,
Experience the wonderful miracle of menstruation,
Jam a balloon into my urethra and then inflate it.

Am I getting through there, doll?
