If they do another movie in the Prometheus/Aliens universe, I would love to see Gong Li as the main character.  I think she would really do so well in that kind of role.

I'd like to see Michael Fassbender as a selection of other David Bowie-inspired robots. A Ziggy Stardust-era Bowie, a Thin White Duke Bowie and a contemporary Bowie all teaming up to fight Xenomorphs: Alien vs. Bowie vs. Predator.

I would actually like Harry Potter if they made David Bowie a main character.

2:45!?! It had better be fan-freaking-amazing because I doubt I'll want to see it more than once. And that being said if it is that long I don't know that going to see it over and over again will work out as long. (Apologies for the comparison) The Avengers 2 1/2 hours didn't feel like it was that long. And I think that's because it was very action-heavy and there is a lot happening because there are multiple characters to follow. The Dark Knight Rises has one HUGE MAIN character and lots of supporting characters. Hopefully that means we get lots of Catwoman exposition.

I'm the opposite. Regardless of how long it is, I'll probably see it at least three times :D

Bee tee dubs, if you haven't seen it yet, here's the trailer for Wreck-It Ralph, directed by Futurama's own Rich Moore. I had my doubts at first, but it looks truly good. Getting the rights to all of those other games' characters looks like it'll flesh out the movie a lot ŕ la Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I'm genuinely looking forward to this one.

I'm still not a John C. fan, but I'm willing to give this film a go even if it's just to see all the gaming icons come together on the big screen. As for DKR, that's a long damned movie/ I barely made it through my second viewing of Avengers but my will to see the ending outweighed my having to piss super badly. I'm not sure I'd be so devoted to Batman as that. Maybe if he was really hot I'd retract that statement.

Most of you probably know what Marvel have planned for their "Marvel Cinematic Universe" series (Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger and The Avengers), but if not, OH SWEET JESUS.

If all of the characters/groups mentioned get seperate films, plus the films that are confirmed, that means there will be 24 MCU movies!

Maybe not, but with Edgar Wright at the helm, it stands to be one of Marvel's best. Certainly a lot more interesting than most of those heroes who haven't had films yet.

Most of those smaller property films (like [randomly picks] Dr. Strange, for example) are likely never going to happen. Considering that there's 14 confirmed films (already released or confirmed planning to be made) in the MCU by ~2015/16 (a seven or eight year period), I think it'll be a little while until they get anywhere 24 without diluting the product. We don't want the MCU to end up like Guitar Hero...

Just because you don't want it to end up like Guitar Hero doesn't mean that somebody who stands to make money in the short term does not want it to end up like Guitar Hero.

Furthermore, even though that's a shitty business philosophy, it may be the only reasonable one to have if your goal is to make money; the key to this perspective being that you can't make money while you're dead, and that you have a finite amount of time being alive.

Good Lord. As much as I like the movies, I really don't have enough time or money to watch that many.

A Hawkeye movie would be pretty sweet though.

You may also notice it's directed by Rich Moore, who directed Futurama's very own Space Pilot 3000, Hell Is Other Robots, A Clone of My Own, Anthology of Interest I and the classic Roswell That Ends Well.

Should be awesome then. :D
