Room 101 is a TV show in which celebrities get the chance to get rid of some of their pet hates. Things gone into Room 101 include Anne Robinson, litter, children in restaurants and loads of other stuff.

If I had the chance, I would put in Townies, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Child Celebrities, Cliff Richard, Des O'Connor, Catwalk Models...I could go on forever....  :laff:

I would put in the winners of Pop Idol and Popstars, Slipknot, people who smoke in non-smoking areas and Fox.

I think its been on for a bity longer than just 6 years. I remember seeing an episode with nick hancock presenting and danny baker putting pub signs and casualty in, and im sure that was more than 6 years ago.

Anyway, first of all, you, for stealing my topic   ;). Nah Im only kidding. Here goes:

Garage music (annialates crap music from the airwaves and townies in one big go!)
Slipknot (glad to see people agree with me on this one)
The 'From Hell' series of TV shows
Trigonometry
AND Hackers (they are pointless and should be shot).

Is anyone here from Wales? Did you really hate Anne Robinson for putting Wales into Room 101?

George Orwell got the year by reversing the last two digits of the year he wrote it, it was never meant as a prophecy of what the world would be like in 1984, it was more a comment on totalitarian regimes in general.

Not heard the Ant and Dec one. I listen to Virgin Radio quite a bit an they keep playing the god-awful "Go England" song simply because their Breakfast DJ was responsible for it. Hence my choice to put them in Room 101 too!

The record companies that invented/endorse pop. (Pop is the only music genre I know that isn't categorized by rhythmic or musical distinction, that just shows how fake it is)
People that wear furs
Spyware
Censors that edit out content (esp. nudity) that's shown in socially tamer countries, like in Europe or Japan
Radio stations that turn crap over the years due to new ownerships
