Erdrik,

I love your style! I also love animated movies, and I usually have a different category for them (*Goes to put that into the post*). Your number 1 and 3 are on my top 5 animated.

Bender_Waffles,

I have never been able to get into Quentin Tarantino. Ever. Oh, how I have tried.

My brother would smack you. Haha. He's the biggest QT freak. I just think he has some amazing movie ideas. You don't see much of that nowadays.

Im not gunna edit my posting to add that change in catagory since those 7 are my top favorites anyway. (Grosse Pointe Blank being the only live action film to make the 7 cut. Interestingly enough Ive loved that movie since I was a kid. I remember watching it off a VHS recording of it my father had in his collection.)
I don't like catagorizing films like that anyway. Live action or animated, if its a good story with good work within then Ill like it.

I think WALL-E is my favorite blu-ray movie to watch. It's the most stunning thing I've ever seen. I try and watch it every time I get a chance.

Don't have a 3rd one.

Fave Director/s
Without a doubt, Ridley Scott.  He's made some films that haven't been blockbusters (my favorite film, "The Duellists" is one of them), but everything he's made has been interesting to watch.  You get the feeling that there's someone really smart with something to say making this film, which is the EXACT OPPOSITE of shit director michael bay.

Man these list type threads get weirder... top 7?

So hard to pick just 7, I have a shelf full of DVDs/Blurays and a 1TB hard drive packed with movies which are all great, CAN'T DECIDE! :(

Come on, Faze, whittle! Whittle like your life depended on it!

Top 7 Films (varies every time I list them)
The Dark Crystal
Empire Strikes Back
Citizen Kane
Memento
Trading Places
Jason and the Argonauts
The Sting

Top 5 Animated
Finding Nemo
Toy Story 2
Shrek
The Jungle Book
Antz

I refuse to state favourite actresses/actors since I believe it is all about the film. I'd never go to see a film based solely on an actor/actress being in it.

Directors
The Coen brothers have never ever disappointed me. Very often one of their films will pop up in my top films of all time. But not this time for some reason.  :hmpf:

Is it hypocritical for someone who spells woman/women and human as "womyn" and "humyn" to have two separate categories for actors and actresses?

The feminist (or rather pseudo-feminist) way to say "man" because man is so sexist and only refers to males. Obviously this is complete bollocks and only helps the anti-feminists to show that thems are crazy types.

Also, it's sexist to call bogus thing "bollocks".
