I thought Smallville was cool at the beginning, first season or so. The great stuff about it was Clarke starting to discover his skills, and find out who he was. Also the whole Lana's parents killed by the meteor...

But now that they've explored most of that, it's pretty useless. The only thing that makes me wanna watch now is Lex!     He is hot!

Yeah, Lex turning evil is cool. And interesting.

Does anyone watch that new Jenson Ackles show Supernatural? That's a really good show too.

Double Post/Bump

New Lex centered episode this Thursday at 8pm!

It sounds good. Although I usually don't like holiday episodes for any show, except Treehouse of Horror for the Simpsons.

Can someone tell me if season 5 is the last season of Smallville or will there be more seasons after?

I've always thought the whole comic-book franchise thing as rather...okay, lame, but I must admit to becoming an utter geek for Smallville. It's not just lame. It's lametastic.

Thanks for sharing.

I'm a total geek for this show. I think it's the farthest thing from lame. I really liked the 100th episode, I'm glad we got the most out of the sceen with Lana and Clark before....you know.

I wonder what Lionel showed Jonathon.

And in pictures on Kryptonsite, they show Jonathon and Lionel fighting more. What's up with that?

NIC2001: There is at least 1 more season, possibly two. I think I read that Al Gough is only signed on for 2 more seasons, that could mean there will be only two more, or that he could make a new deal for more seasons. I guess only time will tell.

Zogonif: "Asylum" is a great episode, it's one of my favorites. But that was 2 seasons ago, you should really watch again.

Well i live in australia they've obivously showing all the episodes in season 2 we would have been through season 2 but no a stupid tv network screwed around with the times

The last episode that was on Closed with that kid that was hanging around with Lana and he was straped into some chair in some unknown place and Lional luthor comes in and says a few words and then goes back out

The "kid" is Adam Knight. I'm not sure of the episode though, he was in quite a few.

So in Australia, the new episodes they're showing are from season 2? That sucks. Good season though.

Ok. I have the first four seasons on DVD.

SO did anyone see yesterdays episode? Obviously I mean the people who live in America. I'm Mr. Optimist and even I didn't like the episode. Hopefully next week will be better. As a matter of fact I know it will.

The past few episodes have been crap. They should cut out the crap about Clark finding yet another person with powers and being their friend. I don't care if that brings the season down to only 13 episodes, at least they will be good 13 episodes. Next weeks episode looks great. Here's what tv.com says about it.

Episode Number 107
Mercy 5-19
First aired: 4/20/2006
Writer: Steven S. DeKnight
Director: James Marshall
Guest star: Ian Tracey

Lionel is taken hostage by a masked man who forces him to play elaborate games for the prize of staying alive. Martha goes to confront Lionel after Clark tells her Lionel knows his secret and becomes a part of the game herself, fighting for her life.

It sounds like Saw 3, but it's better than a corny FotW. Hopefully since the seaqson is almost over, there will no more need for filler episodes, maybe they can answer questions and progress the story instead.

Oh ok. Me either.

I thought Mercy was really good. The "games" were more elaborate than I thought they were going to be. I thought it was going to be another movie copy, like last years copy of "House of Wax".

Episode Name Fade
Episode Number 108
First aired: April 27, 2006
Writer: Turi Meyer, Al Septien
Director: Terrence O'Hara

A man Clark helps decides to help Clark in return...by killing Lex so Clark can reunite with Lana.

Turi Meyer wrote one other Smallville episode, Vengeance. But this is Al Septien's first time writing for Smallville.

I thought the season finale was great, I just wish it was longer than 1 hour.

Here's a spoiler of what happened.

i've been watching the show the past year and bought seasons 1-4 on dvd and man the plot twists and turns they remind me of buffy...anyways i'd just like to note the season 4 clark partial nudity is very nice hehe...very sad to see jonathan go...

i forgot to mention, some of the plots are actually not so different from buffy (the individual storylines that is, not the ongoing ones) i think that's partly what attracted me to this show. and tom welling.

Smallville always confuses me, mainly because I'll watch it for a month, than stop for three. Not a good way to watch a plotty show like that.  :)

I've been finding myself rather taken with this show recently. It's a lot more bearable if you pretend that Lana has a passive meteor power that makes everyone fall in love with her for no reason, in addition to making Clark incapable of rational thought when in proximity to her.

Haven't seen this show since that post...7 years, really? Wow. I bought the final season on DVD a few years back just to complete the collection but it's still in its original shrinkwrap...

I think I only watched season 1 and/or 2 to be honest.  The story arc episodes were pretty good, and it was definitely my favorite portrayal of Lexx Luthor.

Winna, the season3 premier is pretty bad ass.  You have "evil" Clark and Jonathan makes deal with the devil to get Clark back.  Its very good.

I never knew about the show until the first 3 seasons of DVDS suddenly appeared in the PX in Taji, Iraq for 20 bucks each in 2005. I bought them and was hooked along with several of my troops.  The show had more than its fair share of horrible shows but overall it was good.

I don't know if I've ever been in the PX... I always went to the BX... but they're probably the same similar thing or something.  Now that I think about it, military infrasctructure all around the world really does sound like we totally live in Rome.  That's pretty neat.

PX (post exchange) is Army BX (base exchange) is Air Force but they are the same thing just different letters.
