SIMPLE VERSION:
1) Find and copy the address of the image you wish to post, and come on back.
2) In the "Reply" textbox, type your message and hit picture in the box below the Smileys on the right of the textbox.
3) Fill in between the brackets--replacing the asterisks and everything between them--with the copied address of the image you wanna post.

DETAILED VERSION:
1) Hit "reply." (Or "quote" if you wanna keep these instructions in view. You can erase them before submitting.)
2) Next to the "Reply" textbox, on the left, find and hit *UBB Code is ON.
3) A new window will pop up. Look for "Adding Images." This will give an illustrated example.

Most people arnt, and lets add some Simpsons frame grabs as well to make it more interesting.

I could set up a ftp accout for all to use for this.

Put the user and pass here, and just upload the file to it, and rename it.

btw: you can always use ftp in dos, lol its all i use. quicker for me than  a client most of the time.
