So people never win?  And if they miraculously did, there would be no prize?

So the incentive to appear is....what again?  Knowing that you are bound to lose and get laughed at by thousands of people?

As far as my understanding goes, it's not a formal game show where you are trying to win or lose. The people who play are all normally very funny people, and they all play the game together and have fun and make jokes. It's more of a comedy show than a game show.

Yeah, it's comedians who're the panelists and one guy/woman does win every show, sometimes with negative points.

They need to make a show called House's Grandma, about a old woman who solves medical mysteries in an old folks home, then she dies after 1 ones season.
No they don't!

So is Terriers funny chay?

New Bored to Death episode was good:
"So tell me again what happened, from the beginning, as a detective I need all the details... also I'm a little stoned"

Terriers is funny, but it's not a comedy. It's by the guy who did the shield, but it's a lot more light hearted than that. You should have a look at the first episode. It's good!

AUSTRALIANS!

Rake. Watch it. Good series.

Non-Australians. You might be able to watch it too, not sure if our TV sites block other countries.

anyway, show was good. Shame the guests weren't stronger; seth rogan is fine and all, but the interview just wasn't that strong. Show was still great though; hope the ratings are strong.

Terriers was great this week, it continues to flop between procedural and long arcs, it's also great at mixing all it's arcs together.

Also, Misfits season 2 started. Really liked it. You should all go and watch season 1!

Do you want ants? Because that's how you get ants!

I can't wait for more Archer episodes. Let's re-watch what we've got over again. I need to get out of the X-Files-sending-me-to-sleep thing. It's not because I'm bored, I think I'm just too relaxed. Stupid memory trigger. It's that, or I've been drugged.

Scifi channel is now running "Space Precinct."

...

That they actually made 24 episodes of this is hard enough to believe. That the creator was proud enough of it enough to put his name in the title I can't actually accept; I will instead believe some other person put the name gerry anderson on the show as misdirection.

Any Douglas Adams fans catch the Dirk Gently pilot thing on BBC4?
Stephen Mangan (Green Wing) makes a decent Dirk, and it's based on some of the stuff in both the books, quite entertaining!

Essentially no, but the same characters are in the 1st book, McDuff, Susan, Gordon Way, but it's a different plot about time travel and ghosts, I think there was a missing cat in the 1st book but it was more of a side investigation.
And the bit with the fridge is from the 2nd book.

Also, yay new Californication episode.
