I've seen it, and I'm psyched for it. Admittedly, I was a bit worried about the whole ordeal based upon weak test screening reports, but the look and the attitude of the film seem to be in league with the book. The only problem I can think of is Zaphod's head...don't like it. And why does he look like Eomer from The Return of the King?

It does indeed look great, but along with Zaphod's underchin head, I can't imagine Ford black and Marvin looks a little too...cute.

Zaphod's head is fucked! If he could store it under his normal head, then why would he have to disguise it as a parrot cage at the costume party where he met Trillian?
Also, I can't forgive the art director for greenlighting the shape of The Heart Of Gold. It's supposed to be shaped like a running shoe, dammit!
And yeah, Marvin looks like Spaceballs meets Teletubbies.

I'm not going to complain too much about the costume/prop design like these other guys, but I have to say that the tone I'm getting from the trailer feels...wrong.  It's not supposed to be some grand galaxy-spanning adventure, it's supposed to be random unpleasant things happening to Arthur no matter where he goes.  And math jokes.  At least, that's how I always thought of it.  More like the beginning of the trailer than how it turns out.  To mix references a bit,

Well i think it looks awesome. It's actually pretty close to how i pictured it when i read the book.
Mos Def's american accent bothered me a little but i'm sure i'll get over it, he certainly looks the part.

Well just been to the Batman Begins site and it look like it could be pretty good (then again compared to the last film which I can not even speak of it's bound to be)

And although you only see him briefly The Scarecrow looks pretty damn freaky. Hopefully he won't just look like a skinny Leatherface when people are not under the influence of the fear toxin.

Now to find out when Sin City is out in the uk.

Holy Crap.  Ive been waiting to see it.  Im gonna freak out when it comes out.  The 3rd book has been my fave so far - as well the movie, but this one is looking...amazing.  Only thing about it, this book was so much longer, its pretty safe to assume a lot is going to be cut out.

The Corpse Bride...looks...AWESOME!

King Kong looks too CGI'd. Just too much. If they did the CGI like Jurassic Park had the CGI done, I think it would look better. The CGI looks...out of place.
