There's no thread for the show yet? I just watched the second and episode and this show is seriously fantastic. Very funny, good cast all around, especially the lead guy, the indian and Chevy Chase.
Also I had an amazing conincidence. Well, I watched the movie Magnolia again yesterday, and then downloaded the soundtrack, and kept listening to two songs specifically on it, and then they played it in this episode. My jaw was like
Anyway, watch this show.

TV is actually getting good again with the Office, Always Sunny and this on, and maybe Flash Forward.

First episode was ok. Showed potential.

Second episode had me cringing at that asian spanish teacher. He's supposed to be funny? Way too forced. Like a bad stand-up act. I almost turned it off, but I'm glad I didn't because the end of the episode had some genuine laughs. I will keep watching.

Third episode was awesome too. People, watch this show! You're going to make this an Arrested Development aren't you.

No, this show isn't that good. It could be good, but there's a lot of weak/uninteresting characters. I like Joel McHale, but even he gets a "meh". As much as it surprises me, Chevy Chase is the best part of the show.

Omg latest episode was epic, Battle Royale, Chang as Chow Yun Fat in one of John Woo movies (I think) and later as the Predator, Jeff as John McClane, fucking great TV.

Community was pretty good, I hate Betty White though.

The Office definitely needs to be cancelled, it wasn't funny at all.

And why the hell did the cancel Parks and Rec for outsourced?  Outsourced is a spinoff of my least favorite movie of all time, all the "jokes" are just about India being different than America.

Sorry for posting about different shows but I really didn't feel like finding all the threads

If that was the paintball episode, then I agree.  Shades of 28 Days Later too...

Paintball episode was epic.  First episode I saw, totally worth it.  I really like the one character that quotes tv and movies. :)

i saw an episode from first season last year or so. Wasnt really impressed. Nor was i that impressed with parks and rec however i didnt know it was cancelled for outsourced? Theyre just recreating The Office into different settings. Its so annoying. Btw I think Office has gone downhill since season three or four and Pam and Jim annoy me more each season however this episode was pretty decent. I loved that opening act so much. That kid looked like the kid in the facebook movie but i dont know if it was him or not. Btw anyone else think that kid in the facebook movie commercials kinda looks like michael cera? I cant stay focused im sorry i have a short attention span :)

Parks and Rec is on hiatus.
And futurefreak, I'm surprised you haven't seen that guy before in "Adventureland" or "Zombieland." He's pretty much Michael Cera Lite, but no one can ever remember his name. Though I did like him in that old FOX show "Get Real." Anne Hathaway was also on that show. Hi winna. :)

Hey BirthdayClown! :D

Tell randifreak to watch Community though.  It has Abhed and Chevy Chase as a dirty old wizard man! :D

I saw Michael Cera Lite on Zombieland.  it was enjoyable enough and had Bill Murray in it.

The rest of the show always seems to take the most realistic approach to actual real situations; which is weird because Abhed always discusses the ramifications and possibilities of the situations that they're in as they're in them and compares and contrasts them with solutions usually given by television and film which are usually rather unrealistic.  In a metaconversation about a real conversation about a metaconversational way the show itself describes life in a television series in the same approach that we actually live life whilst simultaneously being a television series.  The construct has mirrored life as itself through its being of a construct.

Also, it makes me want to start going to Community college.... not because I want a degree mind you.... more like take a class a semester and use the campus as some sort of social club.  STEP SEVEN: PROFIT!!!

I have not been able to stop watching this show. the first couple episodes were okay, but it really picks up after that.
Modern Warfare (AKA - the paintball episode) was absolutely brilliant, and i'm really hanging out for the new paintball 2 part season finale.
Everyone needs to watch this more.

Alison Brie is a hot tomale, that's the truth!   And that D&D episode is awesome.  The bit where Chang leaves the game had me in stitches, right up there with Chow Yun Fat in "Modern Warfare".....

Now that's a chang I can believe in....

I've not seen any of episodes 17 onwards on this season, because I'm waiting to rip them to disk, so when I do I'll have an 8 episode run to catch up on.  Cannot wait for the Paintball episode again....

I could bite the bullet and watch them on my PC, but I don't wanna spoil the fun. :)

So how good were the two painball episodes?  It's been a great season, and this is fast becoming the best sitcom on TV.  Can't wait for Season 3.  Highlights included "Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas", "Conspiracy Theories", "Advanced D&D", and the double finale...

I just love this show.

Samesies, but what do you think about that cast member apparently leaving?
Unexpected.

Loved how they got the Storm Trooper voices spot on for the paintball troopers.
