If you're not in America, Hulu is out.

Unless you can find a way for your computer to give off an American IP address.

Which is so, so, so easy.

Wow, being treated like crap as a show is now called the 'Futurama treatment'. Although in this case Sit Down, Shut Up looks like it's crap as well.
haha, that made me laugh.

unlike I think most of you, I actually missed the pilot, and saw just the second episode. And just by gauging from that and reading these comments, if you think the second episode was way better than the premiere, then (as an unbiased viewer who never saw the pilot) that show completely bombed. It was unrealistic, not relateable, and disappointing considering how many great actors voice in it (will arnett, jason bateman, will forte, all under mitch hurwitz). I suggest they bring back Arrested Development in its place. Agreed? :D Least that took 3 years (and not 3 weeks) to be canned, and not because it was crap, but because the average American audience is stupid.

Looks like SDSU is toast.

Well that leaves Fox with a conveniently empty slot for a new animated show now doesn't it?

Yes, but unfortunately it seems that the slot is going to be occupied by a sitcom about a deli owner who recently moved to Virginia from Rhode Island.

Fox was originally planning to run The Cleveland Show and SDSU at the same time.  The two shows werent competing for the same time slot, so Jezzem could be right.

I'm glad they canned this show, though.  It was awful.

I've watched all four episodes as of this afternoon. And while the characters have awesome voice work, I don't really care for any of them. Which is a shame, I wanted to like this show really but it's not funny, the characters suck, and there's just no chance in hell for this to survive.

Bring back Clone High dammit. I don't want to see Cleveland in a spin-off, I want to know what happened after John Stamos froze everyone in the meat locker just as Abe was about to tell Joan that he loved her!!! Do it now!

I want them to start showing "Doug" again. That was a good show.

Well this show has been cancelled with 9 produced unaired episodes.  I wanted to like this show, but some of the characters are really annoying, like the one who says he needs a catchphrase.  He really drags the show and makes it annoying.

Why do I get the feeling that adultswim will pick up this show, air it in syndication and it will gain new life.  Anybody agree?

probably not, evin if AS airs all the unaired episodes, I doubt they'll be any better then the already aired eps, plus I doubt any other network will pay good money to bring back a show hated by both critics and viewers alike

So this is effectively cancelled now?

I'm not exactly disappointed but it had some potential. I mean, it was made by Mitchell Hurwitz, so it could have been good.

I don't it seems that when Futurama and Family Guy started airing on adultswim and I really started to appreciate.  The same can be said now for The PJs which air on Saturdays and KOTH which airs every night.  I'm not saying SDSU is as equally as good as those shows, but it may reach a new audience if it did air adultswim.  The pilot episode felt like they hired some adultswim TV writers to write it.

Haven't seen the show, but I do want to point out that Mitch Hurwitz isn't a god, he's just a writer/producer. Not everything he works on is going to be brilliant.

It sounds like this show had a lot of talented people working on it, but it just never quite came together. If the show sucks, it sucks. Let it go off the air and then hire Mitch to make another show and hope he's learned from his mistakes. No need to keep throwing resources at a show with a lousy premise/lousy characters. But again, I haven't seen the show yet so I am just BSing.

No surprise that SDSU got cancelled only after what, 4 episodes?   I heard somewhere ABC might pick it up.   Oh, well, didn't really like it, anyway.
