Just watched it. Awesome. Matt Smith was on fine form, but I think that so far, River Song is stealing the show for this episode. Also love the FBI guy's voice. Not so keen on the aliens. Creepy, creepy aliens. * tnuk shudders

Also love the FBI guy's voice.
Of course he was good he was played by Mark Shepperd... AKA Badger (Firefly), AKA Romo Lampkin (Battlestar Galactica)

God knows why the UK ratings are dropping, things are so much better now we're rid of DT and RTD.
DT and R TD sink. MS and SM rise. Hmm. Something going on there. I hope so, otherwise there's no 'f' in justice.
There's always an "f" in justice if you say it whilst keeping your lips tucked behind your teeth. Try it!

Hey guys someone has spotted Amy seeing a Silent (or Silence, or Silents, whatever) in the Lodger, twice... Well, I could show you, but the vids must have been taken down earlier... I literally watched them this morning... Anyway, in one clip Amy is talking to the Doctor and looks at something behind the camera and goes 'Hey!'. Then in the second she goes 'Hey! You there!' then looks away kind of like 'WTF am I doing?'... They've been watching.

Day of the Moon was brilliant; some genuine scares, some uplifting scenes and a couple of interesting mysteries that will no doubt be revisited later in the series.
Indeed, A LOT of questions to still be answered, and as Bender says: 'And I bet it's gonna get a lot more confusing!'

How exactly was the plot resolved? Did we ever actually see the aliens that were occupying Earth?

One thing I didn't understand, in Series 5 the Silence were made to seem actually silent, but they weren't silent at all in Series 6... Remember when they were getting back in the TARDIS in 'The Vampires of Venice' and everything went quiet, when will that, if ever, come into play?

So who thinks that the Doctor's death has somehow got to end up being either prevented, a huge misunderstanding, or reversible? I may have finally figured it out. Things get so bad in the future that the Doctor is going to have break the rules and cross his own timestream, creating a completely alternate timeline. Of course, if Futurama has taught us anything, it's that paradox duplicates are doomed. So, having to die anyways, the extra Doctor decides to go out in such a way that starts out events the way they originally went, setting off his companions and earlier/other self on the journey he went on in the first place, minus whatever terrible thing originally occurred.

Hm, well a chunk of script from Episode 13 was released online, I read it, and I think you're 98% right...
