Does anyone else think this is the weirdest show on television?

I mean, what ARE those things?! And what's up with the host? He looks like an African-Russian Marching Bandleader!

With that said, what's your favorite episode? Mine is when the host screams "YOOOOOOOO GABBA GAABBBBAAAAAA!!!!" and also when that red cyclops guy comes and dances to the song about sharing

Ooo! I was reading something about it in the paper tonight. It was started by two guys, in different Indi rock bands, both parents, who wanted a kids show that parents could get excited by too.

The Host is some well-known US DJ, and there's meant to be a tonne of awesome apperances, The Shins, Elija Wood... others...

I want to see an ep.

Yeah, Frodo was on it once during the Dancey Dance. But that show is so freaking WEIRD! The host is even weirder, you gotta see him to believe him.

I love this show. Seriously--no joke. I've only caught a few episodes, but it is hilarious. Definitely the best toddler show on TV right now. I love the character designs.

It was created by Christian Jacobs, lead singer of The Aquabats which is one of the best bands around(if you can ignore their embarassingly dorky exterior).

Thanks for pointing out that article, Books! I wasn't aware that the show was a success. Cool.

I just watched an episode with my two year old son. Being a lousy father who never pays attention, I had no idea he liked it. But my wife says it's his favorite show. Perhaps, when he is old enough, I will take him to his first Aquabats concert.

I wish I could hate the Aquabats, but they're so catchy it's almost impossible. I had no idea the lead singer made a tv. I could only imagine how wacky it is compared to his band.
