South Park had a really good season this year. 30 Rock's a close runner-up.

Good Stuff:
The Office
House
Boston Legal
Burn Notice
Psych
Monk
Eureka
Pushing Dasies
Mythbusters

Bad Stuff:
Second Season of Heroes
New Season of My Name Is Earl
CSI (all of them)

Promising Stuff/Wanting to Watch:
Eli Stone
(as Rob puts it) Battlestar Fucking Galactica
Lost

Starting in March, NBC's going to air second-run Psych and Monk on Sundays, likely due to the WGA strike giving them a lack of new stuff. Also, CBS might air Dexter in May to fill gaps.
