First saw him in the Station Agent. Even then, he played the role of a loner-y, standoffish midget, I think. Typecast! Not to be totally gay, but I kinda hoped he'd be the recurring character, not Salma.

Also, I was expecting Jack to somehow acknowledge her ladyparts following the gratuitous cleavage shot, but... nope. Weird. That couple is odd, too... everything about his character indicates he prefers boney WASP types.

I'm finally jumping on the bandwagon. This is a hilarious show. I've honestly never been a fan of Tina Fey until now. I would pay money just to high-five her.

I would also like to high-five Kenneth. You heard me.

I've been catching up on my DVR'd episodes. The high school reunion show was funny. The Christmas episode was just alright. The Oprah episode(a rerun from earlier in the season, I think) was crazy-hysterical. This show deserves all of the globen golds in the world!

As much as I hate to be part of a general consensus of opinion, yeah, this show is great. It started off a little slowly, but the nigh constant Star Wars references ("NO! No! Not Captain Needa! HE DIES! HE DIIIIIIIIIIES!", "I look like Admiral Ackbar") and the little sight gags ("Who dat Ninja", "Cons: Likes Family Guy") really clinch it for me. You still have a lucrative career ahead of you, Sarah Palin impersonator! :)

Loved the latest episode. The telenovela dialogue was killer. Bonus points for the Matt Lauer cameo.

Bear is evil.

The last episode was super awesome. What with the rufees, Liz's "dog", and the whole scene where she has the doctor in her bedroom on the floor freaking out... it was effin hilarious.

And I love Selma Hayek as Elisa. I hope she stays on for a while. She and Jack are just adorable.

But damn...Alec Baldwin is fat. He was so attractive 20 years ago...Fatty McFatfat.

Last night's was not the funniest ever, but especially not without having watched a lot of the show to understand the dynamics of the characters to date.

You should go back and watch some of the earlier episodes, to even have a chance at last night's being funny.

So if anyone else has watched the 2nd episode of the new season could you explain it to me? I seriously had no idea what was going on. But it was funny as hell. Will Arnett's intro to the episode was classic.

Wikipedia sez:
"When Devon returns to plot revenge on Jack, he needs to find a way to protect the company and his job's safety. Meanwhile, Jenna and Tracy both have reasons to be angry with Liz and are determined to make her life miserable. Liz has to find a way to regain order over her life and the show. Outside the studio, Kenneth spends some time volunteering at an animal shelter."

I sez:
"Bzzzz: Laser shield."

Watched the 3rd season last week (when you buy early Christmas presents for people you should make sure it's something you can get some mileage from and act hurt when they say insensitive things like "but I don't need a grosgrain eyepatch" or "somebody ate half of the fruitcake"), by the end of the first episode I was storing away quotes for future reference. :)

"Keep your friends close, and your enemies so close that you're almost kissing..."
