I expect Nana to be a prophet-like figure too. Either that or she has similar powers to DL, which would relate to the "Generations" title of this season.
On a semi-related note, I think Sylar's power is most comparable to a mix between Peter and Monica (Micah's girl cousin). He can "steal powers" like Peter can, but, like Monica, he can learn things by watching them happen. This claim will be further backed up if Monica will become able to learn powers by watching others use theirs.
I think that Matt's dad isn't the bad guy. I actually think he has a Matt-esque power and can read minds. However, he doesn't just read them, but can see through them. He's trying to tap into Molly so he can talk to Matt, in my opinion. I really do feel that West is the bad guy, but it seems overly obvious. He's trying to get Claire away from her family. The painting of Noah's death shows a guy with Claire in the backround, which, in my mind, says he had something to do with it. It seems like it points to him too much.

I must point out that not a single example we've seen so far has shown a tendency for /specific/ powers to be inherited, just the gene in general.
The notion that matt's dad is tapping molly to get to matt seems very unlikely to me. She's been talking about this dark, scary guy since she first met matt, why would she already have been afraid of him if he was just using her to get to his son? No, I think Matt's dad is definately a bad guy, in the sense that he's done some really bad things (and will again), though like horn rims, he may be a good guy doing bad things for what he perceives as a greater good. I think everyone in the old club did some bad things, though; the one possible exception being the old guy who died (naturally, apparently), the one peter took care of back at the begining... my gut says he was the voice of polite dissent in the plan to let new york explode.
Oh, nobody's mentioned this but what's with Nate's reflection being scarred? At first I thought the scars were just under the beard or something but now he's shaved...and the most recent time he looked much worse than in the reflection from the pilot..

I think the "old guard" women in general are stronger. Nichelle seems like she'll be very strong-willed, and Mama Petrelli seemed like before she went crazy. The Irish girl is a little bit strong-willed, yeah, but that's just one character without powers. The Veronica Mars girl will probably have something to her. Perhaps she's in the opposite position that Suresh is in at the Company.

Was a good episode. I really like Monica, what is her power I wonder?
Good to see bad Sylar and I like it when he is connected with thoes Twins.
I kind of like Claire and West's romance.

Then she must have been watching a programme about being hawt! Did anyone laugh at the scenes of the Bennett family at the dinner table? I think they've done it twice now, great stuff. West and Claire could be the new "Red McGibbon and Bullet: Nazi Hunters." [reference alert! ] West could fly really fast and hurl Claire into badguys, tanks, Sylar, terrorists, etc.

Best things: No Claire/West! Huzzah! Finally movement in the Peter storyline as well.
Worst thing: Definitely Sylar and Hiro not being in the episode at all and not much, respectively, sucked.
I still don't think that Daddy Parkman is the "worse than Sylar" villian for the season. It just doesn't seem right.

Since Heroes has analogues of quite a high percentage of comicbook superhero powers, I think it'd be cool for them to introduce a Hulk analogue. Mainly because I love to see people transform into gigantic rampaging monsters (it's my hobby). It wouldn't have to be green or anything... just a new Hero that turns into a huge beast of some sort...
...yes...
Also, I actually orgasmed a little bit when Uhura turned up... even though she's like 74... With George Takei, and Zachary Quinto who will be the new Spock, this show is feeling more and more like a Trek convention.

He is the guy that Molly thought was worse than Sylar, but given what he can do, I think it's understandable why she felt that way. Kryten again: Interesting trivia note, BTW... Leonard Roberts has now been killed off after one season on THREE sci-fi/fantasy TV shows. That's assuming he's actually dead. I still have my doubts am in denial about that.

Actually, it's doing quite the opposite, isn't it? We're all clearly addicted, and want to see the story unfold. If they showed us all the cards up front, we'd be excited, but then bored, and walk off.
It's not like any of us are watching season 1 all over again, right? That wrapped itself up pretty nicely to be frank.
Although... yeah, the staff is huge, and we only get to see parts of stories as the show has unfolded; certainly something I noticed early on. That... AND that they kill off cast members very frequently.. pretty much as frequently as they introduce new ones.
Also. Alejandro and Maja will probably pay off at some point; that and maybe Sylar will swing into the favor of good, I think he's becoming complicatingly dynamic at this point.

Ok. First off: Hiro & kensei: Yay! Claire & West: Boo!
ok, lets get it out of the way. The little plan West talked Claire into... epicly stupid. Supremely stupid. Even by teenager standards, it was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen a character do. I mean, for fuck's sake, there are better ways to humiliate someone without using any supernatural abilities, people have been doing it for centuries. Her instant reversal afterwords just made it worse. I'll stop before I repeat myself too much, but damn, was that lame and stupid.
Hiro. Freezing time to debate whether or not to kiss Yaeko is now my favorite use of a superpower in the series. That's entirely subjective of course, but objectively, it shows that he's really in complete control of his powers now. Only annoying detail of their story for me was Kensei's witnessing of the moment. How the hell did he get there to see that? His explanation that he came to see what happened seems weak; he was in the middle of a huge army camp for god's sake. I guess I'm also a bit annoyed at the way they treat time; either changing the past immediately affects the future, or it doesn't, whichever is most plot-convenient at the time. Given the nature of the series, though, I'm willing to suspend disbelief. In any case, I'm glad the Hiro/Kensei dynamic finally got more interesting, it had been a bit simplistic until now. Of course, we probably won't get to see much more for a few weeks, if the previous pattern holds :P
I've got mixed feelings about the Sylar/Maya/Alejandro story. Hopefully they're going somewhere with it, so far it hasn't been that interesting to me.

At least the Peter and Maya/Alejandro stories are finally getting somewhere. I'm actually a little interesting in the latter due to Sylar's presence. Probably wouldn't be as interesting without him. Looks like Hiro broke time. Again. But at least he's back! HRG and the Haitian kick ass. I still don't like the Claire/West story. And, Z0mG, who's this Adam Monroe guy?

I'm not so sure Hiro broke history; he was in one of Isaac's "new" paintings, fighting with Kensei. So perhaps his expectations were wrong, but the predictions from as far back as last season that Hiro was Kensei were right. After all, it's a made-up name either way. Anyway, I don't think the Hiro story had anything to do with the 2008 peter saw at the end, I think that was the result of saving new york from exploding. And just in case aony PEELers ever find themselves with the ability to travel through time.. Explore thoroughly first, don't just poke around your own short lifespan and assume that nothing before or after that matters. I mean, this is time travel 101 stuff here, people. And also, Bob... he has to have a power, I think, but I have no idea what it might be at this point. Any theories?
