Discuss The animated series and Live action series

I've only seen the animated series of The Tick my favorite character would have to be the tick and For the villians (that i do remember) Would have to be El Seedo


Does anyone else here remember the big blue guy ?

I, too, have only seen the animated series.  But Ben Edlund is a hard working man out there in tinseltown.  He even wrote one of my favorite firefly episodes.  I will always remember, though the mind-bendingly hilarious "The Tick."  With the Evil midnight bomber what bombs at midnight, Chairface Chippendale, ["C! H! A!" -Not so fast!], and sewer urchin.

"Ladeling out spoonfuls of justice at the soup-kitchen of crime!" I believe that's from the live action show, which I've only heard about. Personally, I'm kinda weary of big action cartoony shows made live action. As for the animated series, I remember liking it when it came out, but I don't remember anything since.

The animated one is over here on DVD, I'm fairly sure I've seen it before.

I remember watching it as a kid, that show is so great. They should put it back on TV again.
