billy and mandy backwards talking

during the end credits in "the grim adventures of billy and mandy" i noticed that there is something that sounds very similar to backwards talking. is it? if so what does it say?

I've seen only a few Billy and Mandy episodes, I myself noticed that backwards talking.  Sorry, I could not make out what it said, either.  Sorry I couldn't answer your question. 

The one thing that bothers me about the Billy and Mandy show is Billy's Dad.  Doesn't he even have a name, or is he just known simply as "Billy's Dad"?  Whenever a flashback is shown about him as a kid or whatever, he always wears a shirt that says, "Billy's Dad". 

In some of the episodes I saw, it seems to me Billy's Dad is just a little too friendly with the kids.  i.e. the one episode where Mandy tries to find a new Billy and sure enough Billy's Dad was in the line of potential Billys.  And that one about the Battle of the Bands, Billy's Dad wanted to be in the band with Billy and that Irwin kid.  Is it me or is he supposed to be some kind of Michael Jackson-type?   Also, what the hell does Billy's Dad do for a living?  How does he provide for his family?

FYI, billy's dad's name is Harold. His mom is Gladys, FYFI.
