Not as much as I used to. I watch South Park when it is on. Of the programmes on this week I expect I'll watch: Twin Peaks, The Simpsons, Farscape, Star Trek Voyager and TNG, The Bill, Buffy, The Sopranos and Robot Wars [puts TV guide away] that is about it I think.

I used to watch the Simpsons regularly, but it turned into the six-night-a-week crap-o-rama.  Usually I try to catch old Law and Order episodes on A&E, USA, or TNT.  It's sort of embarassing, but just about anything on the History channel will fully capture my interest.  I say embarassing because I once was totally sucked into an hour-long show about glass, which was followed shortly by another fascinating hour about steel.

I'm an all-around cartoon enthusiast (except for the many empty, personality-lacking kiddie cartoon drones on in the early morning). There isn't much I actually sit down and watch, but I catch a lot of general primetime while I'm working on other things. There are only a few shows I consider to be real trash which you'd have to put me at gunpoint to make me watch- the Judge Judy clan, knock-offs of Blind Date, Oprah, & Cops, Jerry Springer, MANY unoriginal obsolete family sitcoms where the most surprising twist is "oh, look, she's a bi" (and I am usually not too quick to judge),  Temptation Island II and the like (please don't flame me).

I receive much fresh air, mind you, but throughout the years I've become familiar with basic round-the-clock east-coast US TV scheduling (basic cable with a few extras-including Sci-Fi).

Oh yes, thank you all for reminding me. South Park is brilliant. i would elaborate, but I'm feeling especially crappy today. I also used to watch Dr. Who, but it, along with Red Dwarf, have mysteriously disappeared from re-runs (replaced by Robot Wars).

I saw an American Robot Wars, hosted by Nick . . . Mick . . . uh, Mankind Foley.  Wasn't nearly as good.  In fact, the original host of the British version wasn't even Craig Charles (aka Lister).  Just some other British guy.

Futurama, d'uh.   :D
Simpsons, mostly reruns though.
Dilbert! Yeah!
Law & Order
Robot Wars (if I remember it)
Married......With Children (I like it, mock me if you want to   :p )
News broadcast (No CNN though   :( )

Edit: Ohh, and TNG just finished yesterday.  Now I'm hoping for a rerun of DS9. That would be MUST-SEE-TV!!  (or however it's spelled)

Edit Edit: Looks like I'm using spelled, I should go vote.  :D

Ya, i saw that new one as well, it sucked compared to the old ones. Maybe we're not talking about the same guy, or maybe the guy im thinking of was in a different show.

The guy who hosted was black, but talked with an English accent. He also played a role on a different show where i think it's mostly in space, with this guy with kind of a block head, it was silvery and it was very squared off.

You know, Shiney, there are black British people...
The list of shows I watch is embarrassingly long, but they include the Simpsons, Frasier, Seinfeld, Star Trek: TNG, Whose Line is it Anyway?, and occasionally the West Wing (it's really good, but I keep forgetting to watch it). Oh, and Jeopardy!( To those who watch it: Alex Trebek looks freaky without his moustache, doesn't he?)

I like "The Beberly Hillbillies" ('specially the ones that arced toward England), their spinoffs are hilarious too.  But I choose not to subscribe to cable or satellite so my options are really limited.

I agree about Alex Trebek. He looks like an entirely different person.

Shows I watch:

Futurama
Simpsons
Alias(maybe I'm crazy, but it is really kicking ass)
Letterman sometimes
Daily Show whenever I remember to turn it on
Undeclared(much better than That 80's Show)
Survivor
The Tick even though it's probably dead now

I'm sure I watch more crap than that, but I am lazy and don't feel like thinking through my entire tv-watching schedule.

The current presenter of Robot Wars is Craig Charles, who is black and played Lister in Red Dwarf. The first series was presented by Jeremy Clarkson, I believe, although I didn't watch that, he is better known as a former presenter of Top Gear, a car show, and going his own shows about fast vehicles and a funny talk show with such highlights as "what happens when you microwave a CD" and "How to use a spaghetti holder and a potato as a mortar"  :p

It was Jeremy Clarkson, a Brittish man who used to present a show called Top Gear which is all about cars, he then did robot wars, then his own show simply called Clarkson :p

Yup, he's without the soup strainer. It sort of reminds me of that Seinfeld episode --
"What does Uncle Leo look like without any hair?"
"He actually looks a bit like a seal."

Though, of course, Trebek still has his eyebrows...

Hey guess what, now Jeremy Clarkson is back doing what he's best at, Top Gear! Ok, it's now into it's second series of the "revamped hour long" shows, but I only just remembered this thread!

These hour long Top Gears are by far the best there's ever been. Jeremy Clarkson could be a comedian. The sarcasm is dripping from practically every sentance, and those other two preseners are funny too, because you can see they're trying so hard to be mini Jeremy's. Also, the things they do in these new Top Gears are so great. Like caravan conkers. Pick 3 caravans each (which are painted in brown and read), hoist them up on cranes, and smash them into each other and see which one wins!...

They do so many stupid things to cars, and in cars, like spending 24 solid hours in one, without getting out for even the toilet. And driving up Scotlands largest mountian where no vehicle has ever been before. the weekly laps contest is great too with Stig playing his power balads whist doing so. One of the best shows on TV at the moment for sure...

That was fantastic television! My favourite bit in Top Gear so far would have to be when they shot cars off a cliff onto a target. Of course adding a caravan to the fun  :p
