Does everyone honestly think this is the last movie?  Cause they're wrong.  7, 8, and 9 will come out.  You just have to wait.  And 8 is going to be fucking awesome, I can guarantee that.  After that, the trilogy of trilogies will be complete and the master may once more arise from the darkness, recover his throne, and set upon this world a plague the world has never seen before!

To elaborate, they are the order of Jedi Knights. Master is a rank within the order.

I wonder when Lucas dies will someone buy the rights and make 7, 8 and 9 or something?

Wonder what the TV series will be like.

Aggh, the films are all over, I'm slightly depressed by that.  :hmpf:

Lucas will have the films made.  That is a guarantee.  Time is the only factor, but they will be made.

When I was in fourth grade my friend said he was going to buy the rights to Star Wars.

I was thinking, after this, maybe Lucas would do some of the major storylines of the books into several movies, and cram about 4 storylines into like 2 1/2 hours of movie?

You never know.

Who said Tarkin was CGI in ROTS?
imdb says he was played by Wayne Pygram.

Embarrassing fact: I discussed with my parents in the car today why Ewoks suck so much.

I can really sum this up in one rhetorical question:
"What Kind of being would revere or respect C-3PO?"

I want a Halo patch to replace grunts with the Harmless Endoran Half-wookies.

Try Star Wars Battlefront.  Just watch out for those log traps, or you'll find out just how "harmless" the Ewoks really are.

Or alternatively, how badly made Imperial AT-STs really are.

I have a question.

In Episode 1 (i think) someone mentions a senator Antilles, would this guy be related to Wedge or something?

Apparently not.

Lucas uses the name a lot.

Antilles is supposed to be the Star Wars Galaxy's equivelent of 'Smith.'

Possibly, if he was Corellian. Though Wedge's Parents ran a space version of an ESSO and were killed by Pirates. Wedge's Dad's dad must have screwed up big time.

Interestingly enough, there is an Antilles and a Dadonna both mentioned in KOTOR. Both are part of the Republic Fleet.

Star Wars has become Star Trek in a sense.  It is a franchise that will be endlessly pumping out new incarnations of itself for decades to come.  That said, I can't wait till The Quest for Endor, a sequel to a less popular and not quite as well known other film, comes out!

@Jurkburd: Yeah, Bail Antilles.

@Slacky: "Bail" is probalby the "John" of the SW universe, and "Antilles" is the "Smith".

My KOTORiginal character was a female scoundrel/guardian light sider called Leira Antilles.

So, I watched Send in the Clones on TV last night.  It wasn't as bad as The Pantomime Menace, but it was still full of stuff that contradicts the original trilogy.

Also, is it just me, or is Christopher Lee playing the same part in these movies that he played in Lord of the Rings?

Alternate name of "Attack of the Clones"...there's a (sorta) famous song called "Send in the Clowns" (originally sung by Judy Collins, but Sinatra did a version)

Heh, maybe he was thinking of the Simpsons halloween short (which, incidentally, I always thought should have been called "Attack of the Clones" ).

Personally, I prefer to call AOTC "Attack of the Midichlorians".

GL took all that he wanted to happen in 7, 8, and 9 and put it in ROTJ.

BTW, Aayla met her end of the planet Felucia on a mission to rescue Bariss Offee. At least she died in a beautiful place.

No, I was alluding to the song that Delta-V mentioned.

None of you guys noticed what I called Episode One?

He looked different, but he was pretty much the same character.  I was half expecting Obi-Wan to break his lightsaber and leave him locked in a tower with Brad Dourif.

The guy who does Darth Vader is hilarious in those things.

Talking about Thrawn in the trivia thread reminded me of one of my questions.  Do you think they decided to go with the whole Zahn (I think) idea that clones are somehow "wrong" with the Force, and that's why the Jedi were so slow in reacting to their treachery?
