Look, Sideshow Bob is the epitomie of Evil, yeah? He has big feet, is cultured and slightly refined in an insane way, and wants to kill Bart.

He wins, hands, fet and any other appendage up down or otherwise.

Snake gets the nod from me for being a slick villian, but Kearney come in a close second for being both a teenager and the parent of a teenager!   

One of my favorite moments:
