Sorry for bumping this, but could someone please tell me the name of the episode when Kenny's face is revealed?

Not really, considering he has a mask on. He's hoodless throughout The Losing Edge, though again, his baseball cap covers a lot of his face.

On another note, South Park is going for two in a row. Trapped in the Closet is nominated for an emmy.

As of a few days ago, I've officially seen every South Park episode.  Woohoo!  So far that's Futurama and The Boondocks that I've seen every episode of.  Now to get back to work on The Twilight Zone....

And on another note, a friend and I watched "The Jeffersons" a few days ago (we'd both already seen it before), and since then we can't stop blurting out "in my wishing tree....", "shimona!" and "hoo hoo!" in the Michael Jefferson voice.  It really confuses people around us.

I only have one thing to say when I'm looking to quote South Park...

"KKKKKSSSSSHHHHHH DOOOOOOOON'T SMOOOOOOOOOOOKE!!"

That's all that's really necessary.

The new season of South Park comes October 4th! The other day my cousin and I were talking about that episode, "Cartoon Wars".  The Family Guy episode.  He thinks there should be an episode like that about South Park paroding Futurama.  I told him it's impossible because Futurama never provoked controversy like Family Guy did and South Park was never compared to Futurama however, Family Guy was compared to South Park.  He actually agreed with what I said.

My all time favorite South Park episode is:  "L'il Crime Stoppers".  My second is "The Terrance and Phillip Movie Trailer".

I bought the Season 8 DVD recently. Definitely my favorite season.

Simply having Woodland Critter Christmas and Good Times with Weapons makes it reek of awesomeness.

The Russel Crow show!! that was the hardest I ever laughed. The A story is good too.
My other favorite is (I don't know the real name) the Goobacks.

And yes, season 8 kicks some major ass.

While Season 8 did have some average episodes (and that horrible piece of shit known as The Passion of the Jew), any season with Good Times With Weapons, You Got F'ed in the A, Awesome-O, The Jeffersons, Something Wall*Mart This Way Comes, Quest for Ratings AND Woodland Critter Christmas is definitely worth the money.  :)

You guys are lucky as you live in the USA and can get the DVD seasons upto Season 8 whereas I am in the UK and I can only get upto Season 4 (Which I have all of them   ;)) I mean I don't even own the DVD's about the magnificant Jimmy or Towelie etc etc etc   :(    :( Its seemed like they have stopped making the DVD Season Boxsets for the UK all together as I have waited for Season 5 for sooo long

Y'know at the beginning where Cartman is shown in the background, but he's melted and super huge or something? What the hell was up with that, and what episode was it in?

I'm not exactly certain what you are talking about, but from your description, it sounds like it's from the Trapper Keeper episode.  It's been a while since I've seen that one, so I don't quite know what the deal is.

Yeah, it's from Trapper Keeper... I'd try to explain it, but it's really not going to make much sense if you haven't seen the episode.

I don't remember Cartman being distorted or whatever on Trapper Keeper, when does that happen???

EDIT: Sorry I had to add this due to how much I love the episode The Terrance and Phillip Trailer:

Funny, I've actually really been tuning out of "The Simpsons" lately, but I absolutely can't wait for South Park to resume.

I'm also curious about the "World of Warcraft" thing.  I would never play the game personally, but I'm curious to see if they make fun of the kind of people who play it, or if it's more a loving homage (Matt and Trey have shown surprisingly nerdy tendancies before), or maybe both.

On a side note, a friend gave me an inflatable "Oh my God, they killed Kenny!" chair of his (he got two for free once) for my dorm room.  Some of the people who come by actually seem pretty jealous that they don't have one.

He died by falling from a rope bridge and onto a spiked rock getting ripped apart by a mountain lion and a grizzly bear    :) but the super adventure club revived him secretly into a darth vador type robot    :laff: ... great stuff    :D, don't believe me??? Well you should as I am being completely serial!!!  :) And let me guess, you saw it on Paramount Comedy as I am English too and am watching the new South Park episodes of Season 10 every Friday on Paramount Comedy   ;)

I'm pretty sure she meant "What happened to him earlier in the episode" if she saw the ending... And if she really wanted to know, she could've easily looked it up on Wikipedia or The South Park Scriptorium or something.

Anyway, more episode info:

I'm downloading it now. God damn the 3-6 month episode delay we have in Canada.

*Edit* Just watched it. Loved it, probably because I play a bit of WOW every now and then. Good to know that Matt and Trey are just as nerdy as I am.

The new episode was decent. Given that I haven't played WoW, I'm guessing that most of the jokes were lost on me - but having said that, it still did have its moments. Randy was hilarious as always, and the thing with Cartman's crap bucket was disgustingly awesome. One of the better episodes this season.

7.5/10

On a side note, surprised nobody mentioned the new theme song. Seemed a lot like the Season 4-5 one to me - not too big on it, but then again, it WAS about time they changed it.

I love the production blog on South Park Studios for this one. They apperantly filled the SP offices with actual Blizzard employees who played wow as Trey stood over them like a "Mad Conductor."

It was an ok episode, it had a few laughs, even if the ending I wasn't that crazy about.

A great episode to watch with your WoW-addicted friends, since they can explain the jokes and you can mock them in return.
