no offence to you, but i HATE the OC. In all fairness, i think i have only seen about 12 seconds of it (literally). I just stand opposed to the show, and its cult following. its my own way of being cool, you know, by being completly alone on the matter...

I think Nerd-O mentioned watching it once. Now I'm going to look down my nose at him.

Woah, that's a looooong way.

I've only seen what's been on the commercials,
and even then I change the channel or walk away.
But that goes for just about any show of that genre.

Getting crabs is more fun than watching that thing for a second.

So.. what you're saying is, if I come across anyone who resembles a character from The O.C., then I should give them the same amount of medication you're getting? Right?

Seriously though, my two flatmates download new episodes and watch them - and they're 22 years old. From what I've watched, I really don't see it as anything more than 90210 recycled for Gen-Yers.

Having said that, given the fandom of the others, I do know what you're getting at, and as far as I can gather, there's a girly pash in about the 10th episode, but then that main chick gets back with the guy with the white singlet and monotone voice. The reason I know this mostly has to do with the other's abject disappointment at the lack of any further girl-on-girl action (the inclusion of which would be quite a stretch, given the time-slot.) The Americans could have probably told you that, anyway, given that it's already aired there.

So yeah, don't like the show, do like spoiling things for others.

If I happen to remember its on, Ill watch it, mostly because I find nothing else interesting on during that time.

The problem is that the show is so predictable.  Everybody knows Ryan and Marissa will be a couple, and Seth and Summer will be a couple.

Thats how the show started, thats how its gonna end like 5 years from now when all of the fans grow up.

The OC is pretty lame.  If I wanted to observe the antics of rich, super trendy idiots, I'd just go to work and imagine the weather is nice.  Oddly enough, two of my partners are fans of the show and will watch it at work, which is the only reason I know anything about it.

At the end of the day, it's a teenage waste of time.  But on a positive note, Sandy's eyebrows are bigger than mine.  I'm surprised we can even see them since it seems that light cannot escape them.

I can't even get past the premise or the commercials for the show.  I have no desire to watch the show.  In fact, I have animosity towards it just from what little I've seen in its promotion on FOX.
