Casanova

It just started on Sunday and the repeat is on Thursday nights on BBC 3. I was wondering if anybody seen the first episode? I have and I thought it was really good. It has mixed comedy/drama and it well written. Peter o Tool was really good in it too. I am going to be looking forward for episode 2 next Sunday.

I don’t want this thread to die. Will anybody be watching it on BBC1 on Monday at 9:30pm? Or has anybody already seen this drama and what do they think of it?

I haven't seen it as I can't get BBC3, I might give it a go when it is on BBC1 though

It's REALLY good, I've seen it on BBC3 but I'm still guns watch it on BBC1.

To correct Juliet it's on Monday at 9.00 - not 9.30

It isn't a soap; it is a costume drama. I thought it was pretty good, I'll certainly watch the remaining episodes

Casanova is not a soap. It is a three-part comedy/drama programme.

The second episode was really good. I like the idea where he invented the lottery and his little son is cute. I love his French lessons. 

The end bit where he fined Henriette at the end was so sweet

I watched all three episodes and really enjoyed it, I thought David Tennant was right for the role.
