Yes!  Everyone should see The Boosh!

Shame you only saw five episodes, which five?

The Boosh is touring at the moment, and they're recording a Live DVD in April at the Brixton Academy, something to look forward to.

One classic quote from my favourite episode, which a mexican village girl bares her breasts to Rudy:

"Put away those fiery biscuits!"

The Boosh are indeed fantastic, anybody heard their radio show? You can get it on CD nowadays, and it's equally as brilliant as the TV series. In fact, imagining the stupidly bizarre situations can sometimes be funnier than seeing them. The episode which has Howard teaching a criminal how to be nice had me screaming. "I'm gonna rip your nose off and throw it at a vicar" - Class!

Damn that means you've not seen any of series 2!  Spider and Rudy!  Old Gregg!  Milky Joe!

I watched "Old Gregg" last night.

"Old Gregg, he's a legendary fish.  Some say he's half-man, half-fish.  Some say it's a 70/30 split.  Whatever the percentage, he's one fishy bastard!"

For Airbags, and anyone that wants to see it, here's one of my favourites episodes from the first series of The Mighty Boosh:

Feel the Force... A little meh really. Well actually quite a bit. Michelle Gomez is a similar character to Sue White in Green Wing and fairly funny, but she doesn't really have any decent lines and the whole thing just kinda lacks that spark... I'm sure it will improve if I get into it. It probably doesn't help that I'm comparing it to Green WIng, which is just pure brilliance and besides which anything must pale in comparison. Guess what I'm looking forward to tomorrow night?  ;)

Is anyone watching Comedy Lab on Channel 4?

I watched 'Dynamo's Estate of Mind' last night, and I know it's not really comedy (It was magic) but it was Fucking Amazing! With a capital F!

A few of my friends caught The Boosh on their UK Tour, all their reports were glowing.

For anyone who didn't catch their tour, they filmed the Brixton Academy shows for a Live DVD.

Weeeee!

*Bump*(ed)

For possibly the best piece of British Comedy in the last ten years.  I'm talking, of course, of the BrassEye Paedophile Special:

Part  I

Part II

Part III

Likely to make some people feel uncomfortable, but this is a perfect satire on tabloid television, and the blatant attention seeking of minor celebrities when dealing with these kind of issues.

Absolutely fuckin brilliant.

Never mind, here's more of Mr Morris.

No lag on this one, it's my absolute favourite skit from Jam, The Gush.  Yet again, disturbing, but hilarious.
