He's mean, putting the ankle lock on what's her face. But yeah, the Taxi Driver skit was awesome. Especially Michael Cole saying "There's no one else here."

I thought it was funny what he did to Sherri last week and what he did to Josh this week on Smackdown.

Kurt Angle is perhaps on the best things Smackdown has.

I honestly thought Michaels would come out.
When Undertaker tried to get up after the RKO, and he collapsed, I knew that was bullshit. If Undertaker could have taken chairshots to the back without being fazed when he was in his Biker Gimmick, he should have easily recovered from an RKO when he was in his Dead Man Gimmick.

That would be cool, if it were true, but if that match were to take place, it would undermind the Royal Rumble.

Anywho, I liked Mania. Best match was Taker vs Orton, but the Angle/HBK match was a close second.

Not as good as last year, but it was still pretty damn good.

This Monday on RAW it's HHH vs. JR.

If there's one thing I like more than seeing Kurt Angle be funny, is JR getting his ass kicked.

Oh I like JR, it's just that it's funny to see him get beaten up.

Mankind, Austin, Eric Bischoff, The Coach, and Mohammad have done it and those beatings were memorable moments.

I laughed when Kane set him on fire and he was screaming like hell.  It was just priceless.

I hate HHH but I hope he pedigrees JR, that will be most memorable.

I forgot about earlier this year when HHH beat up JR in his home state during JR day.

I also remember in 1999 when HHH broke JR's arm.  The sound of the snap and JR screaming was funny, I could not believe how much I was trying not to laugh.

That's just wrong fryfanSpyOrama. Even if it is funny.
The one person I'd like to see get beaten up is Jerry Lawler. His commentary is too damn annoying. I'd mute it, but then watching would be boring.

The WWE has released the following people.

Jèsus from Smackdown

Molly Holly, Paul Bearer, Rhyno, and Matt Hardy from RAW

The WWE office has this to say: "expect more within coming weeks."

There will be another draft.

Wow, didn't realize there was such a strong wrestling contingent here.

I think my favorite wrestling moment of the year so far was when they trotted Lita out in front of the Madison Cube Garden crowd. Fans there know stuff. Like how Lita cheated on the now-fired Matt Hardy behind the scenes for Edge. Thus the YOU SCREWED MATT chants. Of course if they brought back Hardy it would get really messy; see, Lita and Hardy were both an on and off-camera item, then Hardy lost a match to Kane that made Lita Kane's wife. Then both Lita and Hardy got hurt. Then Lita's baby was aborted by Gene Snitsky (IT WASN'T MY FAULT!). Then Lita started hanging out (i.e. doing) Edge in real life. Then Matt Hardy made a big stink over it on his message board, part of the reason he was cut apparently. Then Lita came back and started acting like she was happy to be married to Kane. Then Hardy got fired. Then Lita kissed Kane. Assumably while thinking of Edge. Seriously, a match with everyone related to Lita's love interests would be Hardy v. Edge v. Kane v. Snitsky v. Christian v. Essa Rios (remember him?). Fun for all.

She wasn't just hanging w/ Edge, they were doin the hump! This is what Matt made a stink over: The fact his supposed fried who was married was humping his girlfriend while he was at home rehabbing. The possible friction between the three got the most expendable of the three(Matt)fired. WWE dropped the ball on this one in firing Matt instead of moving him to SmackDown. There's supposedly alot of people pissed off over this behind the scenes and in the stands. The MSG crowd isn't exactly known for tact let Lita know what they thought of her, which supposedly she couldn't handle and got all upset over. Vince uses MSG crowd reactions as a barometer for business, so chances are, this isn't over.

They HAD to know what the MSG crowd would do to Lita if they put her out there weeks after this while Edge/Hardy mess broke. It's like sending Tommy Dreamer or the Dudley Boyz out in Philly; you're going to get a certain reaction. But Vince also has this habit of tweaking the audience just because he can -- when was the last time JR went to a Raw in Oklahoma and didn't get beat up/embarrased? You almost feel bad for Lita getting fed to the wolves like that. Then you realize she could have avoided the whole mess by, y'know, NOT DOING ANOTHER WRESTLER WHILE YOUR BOYFRIEND REHABS.

I wonder if Hardy would have had much of a shelf life even if he came back with WWE. If this is all real, and everything indicates it is, there's no way they'd let Edge and Hardy in the same building, much less a feud. Ditto Hardy and Lita. And once you remove those two dynamics, Hardy isn't any more compelling than Nunzio. Sure, a lot of "smart" fans dig Hardy, but they've had him as a solo act for some time and he's not likely going to be a tippy-top guy (even if he's probably better than Randy Orton). I guess he'll head to TNA after his 90-day no-compete expires to either feud or team with his brother. At least you know with Jeff Hardy that HE won't steal your girlfriend, if ya smell what the Rock is cooking.

I really hate what John Cena did to the title. That title used to have meaning, now it's just cheap looking. I really hope JBL wins it back, or at least someody beats Cena for it.

Instead of getting rid of good wrestlers like Rhyno, why don't they stop hiring people right off the street, like the obviously gay tag team that appeared on Raw last week, and MNM from Smackdown.

Lrrr_2004: Rhyno was canned because of an altercation with his wife at the post-Wrestlemania party where he broke some big honking vase in the hotel lobby. Plus I don't think they had many plans for him anyway; after he stopped hanging around Edge/Christian/Angle it all went downhill for him. Molly Holly was apparently not happy with life in general at the Big E, so she asked for her release. Paul Bearer hadn't been used since Undertaker buried him under all that concrete, and Hardy was odd man out in the Hardy-Lita-Edge triangle.

As for MNM and the Heart Throbs (the gay team), they're both from Ohio Valley Wrestling, which is the WWE's farm system; that's where they develop wrestlers. Cena, Batista and Brock Lesnar got their starts there, among a bunch of others. Anyway, both teams are apparently not bad, they've got good gimmicks (particularly MNM, which is like an updated Hollywood Blonds), they're young, they're cheap and the tag team scene is pretty poor on both Raw and Smackdown.

I just don't like the Heart Throbs, their like the new Billy and Chuck, except gayer.

I can't wait for the draft, I love it when things get shaken up. I just hope the picks are better than last year, and make a bigger impact. I mean, who cares what brand Nidea gets sent to, didn't she get released from the company anyway?

I hope Big Show goes back to Raw, there are not many heavyweights over on Smackdown for him to face.

People may have heard this, but former WWE superstar, Chris Candido died.  He was better known as Skip from the Bodydonnas.

He died due to complications from knee surgery, Candido had broken his leg during TNA'S Lockdown PPV, he was 33.

He threw a clot in that a few days after the injury, which is what killed him.

Sad irony, because most inside wrestling people figured Candido would die young from an overdose or a drug-induced heart attack. He cleans his life up, then dies after a freak broken ankle. Sad.
