I didn't like the idea about cloning Hank and Dean. I mean now, I don't look at them the same. And no matter what adventure the Venture Brothers go on, I don't really care what happens because they can just clone them again.
I still love the Monarch, he is the funniest character. I liked his makeshift costume in prison and how he tried to put together a team with the other convicts. I can't wait until he sees Dr. Girlfriend again.

Thirded, King Gorilla is an awesome character.
Jackson Publik said this on his blog about fan concerns such as LayZ341's about the boys dying:
"Points taken, but I submit that the deaths of two walking, talking, pie-eyed sixteen year old boys--regardless of their genesis--is a horrifying thing to behold, and something to be avoided at all costs. Hence Brock will always defend them unto death--because they ARE alive, they ARE his responsibility, and Brock IS dedicated to his mission (and has warmed up to them over the years). A conundrum? Sure, somewhat. But no more illogical than the way everyone else in the Venture world dutifully go about their appointed roles (supervillains hassle scientists, scientists invent stuff, henchmen obey supervillains, etc.), which is to say that it's completely illogical but thems the rules of the game. Brock is most certainly wounded by the boys' deaths each and every time they die. He probably beats himself up for a while. But, being a realist, he moves on and tries again (if you're trying to quit smoking and you cave in to cravings and have one, is it better to give up and start smoking again, or to curse yourself and renew your commitment?) His and Doc's shared, somewhat lighthearted reminiscences about the boys' previous deaths is probably a sort of "gallows humor" coping device. The man is, after all, a professional assassin."
That sounds like a good explanation to me. It didn't bother me at all anyways. As Captain Long Time No See Kryten pointed out, the death montage was pretty damn funny.
I saw the new episode on AS fix last night. It was pretty good. I was pretty tired when I watched it so I'm going to have to watch Sunday again to make sure I catch everything.

Did anyone catch the Scobey Gang in the last episode? Shaggy was so wigged out, it was hilarious.

That Scooby Doo Parody was the best thing ever.
Also, is that ex-American Gladiator Hank and Deans biological mother or not?

I'm so glad that Dr. Fiance and The Monarch are back together. Phantom Limb is crushed and plotting revenge. Oh yeah, I loved how he was hunting The Monarch's former cellmates.

I must say, I love this show. A lot. So many likeable minor characters. I mean, a few minor favourites of mine are #21 and #24, King Gorilla, Henry Killinger and the Ghost Ship Captain.
And I'm glad Dr Girlfriend and The Monarch are back together again.
God bless YouTube.

Wow, another great episode this week. I have two questions about the ending. 1. What happend to Phantom Limb? Is he dead or did he just leave his limbs. 2. Is Dr. Girlfriend really a man? Is that what she/he told The Monarch at the end? I hope not, a girl with a deep voice is funny, but if she really is a transsexual, thats just sick.

Those last two episodes were the greatest season finales ever. Especially the David Bowie and Iggy Pop cameos. I also think Mrs Girlfriend is carrying a child of Dr V. Don't you love this show. Oh, and the last bit before the credits with the alchemist is really gross. As for Limb, maybe.

Thank you for bumping this, Nurdbot, so I didn't have to bother scrolling down half a page.
Anyway, over the last couple days I've watched every episode of this series (except for "Fallen Arches" which for some reason the girl I've been mooching recordings off of didn't tape), and I have to say, I've found a new obsession. The humor's a little crude sometimes, but the characters are great, especially the villains. I mean, who can say no to a series whose minor villains include Girl Hitler and a white supremacist anthropomorpic representation of TV static?
Anyway, too much new-fanboyness to properly address in a tasteful post, but I have to say my favorite characters are The Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend, Dr. Orpheus, and of course, Bowie.
Oh, and #21 and #24, of course.

How can anyone not like #21 and #24?
Fallen Arches is an excellent episode Nerdo, especially for Monarch fans.
Watch out for the tattoo, that is all I have to say.

ZOMG it is my new favourite show!
It just recently came to Canada and it is brilliant! Three episodes was enough to convince me to buy the DVD set...
I haven't seen any of the second season yet, so I'm hoping they'll air it soon. Here in Canada it's on mondays at 10:30pm. They're nearing the end of the first season, but the chances are low that they'll air the second season immediately after... I hope there won't be a 3-year delay... <_<
My favourite episodes are "Are you there god? It's me, Dean" and "Pirates of the Sargasso", both of which were in the original three that I watched.

No, and i didn't miss Venturestein. Maybe Brock got rid of his guilt and killed him for a third time. Oh yeah, Fallen Arches Was F*cken awesome!! I love this season. I didn't know if they were going to be able to top the first, but they did. @Nerd-O-Rama: Go to http://venture.mancubus.net/ That's an excellent site. They have great episode capsules.

What are you? gay? Venturestein ruled. And Brock isn't that heartless. Killing a guy twice might be a new limit on him.

APRIL 17I reckon they've started writing season 3... Jackson Publick's journal is quite good for keeping track of the dillio... I've been counting down the days 'til april for weeks... Also... It started airing in Canada finally. Since new years... I've watched up to Assassinanny 911. So far season two has been... pretty bitchin'...
