More importantly, when are they going to put old Nick on DVD in general? Adventures of Pete & Pete, mainly. But yeah, Salute Your Shorts was an awesome show. It made me want to fart.

"Is that a salute in your shorts? Or are you just happy to see me?!"

Anyway... I've never seen it.

I wasn't really a fan of Salute Your Shorts. Or Clarissa Explains It All for that matter. But neither of those were as awful as Hey Dude.

Yeah.. the thing with these old Nick shows is that while it's nice to kind of vaguely remember them, most were never truly genius. All I remember about SYS is the backwards day ep wherein the main character[the one with long blonde hair, like.. he was grungy. I can't remember the names] wore a dress. Also the fish eyes in the tapioca.
Pete and Pete, though, THAT was genius and deserves a legit DVD. SYS, I don't know..

i gotta agree with ya there EL. Pete and Pete was absolutely hilarious. It was on some nickelodeon channel until last year, and i was able to relive all those great episodes one last time.

The avy says it all. Pete & Pete was magically wonderful in it's hilarity and genius.

The avy is Artie, the Strongest Man In The World, if you haven't seen the show, for which I hate you automatically.

Man if any good show is coming to DVD that was made between the 80's & the 90's please tell me! I have never seen any show like Salute Your Shorts or anything else that is on DVD. People who make them are stupid.
