I love going back and looking at how the show has changed since then. It's a very awesome time capsule.

Also, I was bored. But at least I bump for legitimate reasons

Back on topic...
Well if it was between the three of them (Clamps, Joey Mousepad, Donbot) I can see how he would not be the favorable one. As a tertiary character though, I find him great in small doses.

I love Clamps!  He's my all time favorite character second only to Bender of course!  Can't live without him!   Can't wait to see the Robot Mafia in the new episode "Silence of the Clamps"!

Agreed.  He is okay in small doses, but he could get rather old quickly.  Also, for as much as he talks about clamps, he doesn't use them much...but then again, the robot mafia doesn't seem to get anything accomplished.  Just like the UN!  They get mad....eventually....and then nothing happens.

His whole 'You think I should use the clamps?' line in 'Bender Gets Made' is hilarious. Other than that, meh, he has his funny moments, but overall I have no strong feelings one way or the other...

In my opinion Clamps is one of those characters not nearly used enough. He also is one of the characters I would like to see more sides of. Really looking forward to The Silence of the Clamps.

This. I'm not really into him that much. I mostly enjoy seeing the main cast and that's it. Side characters are all fine and good, but I haven't found one that I just can't live without.

A side character isn't supposed to carry the show on their shoulders. That's why they are side characters.
