The expressions on the faces of Zapp and Fry when they have been sentenced to death........by SNU SNU!! The sad then sublimly happy... hilarious.
And for some reason the proffesor's whole body expressions at the very begining of TMLH when Pazuzu escapes from the tower....hehe....happy days...

Somehow I love nearly every "facial expression" by Leela 
Ecspecially the moment in "My Three Suns" when she's smiling at Fry, just to kick him in the next moment.
Also in "Bird-Bot of Icecatraz" when she notices how cute penguin babies are

In "Episode 2: The Series Has Landed" when Fry puts the magnet on Bender's face.  Just the way Bender looked with those enlarged pupils made me laugh so hard I couldn't breathe!

Ol'coot said it first; but I liked Bender & Fry's expression in that scene more. Especially Bender! It takes a big one to shock HIM!!

Also, I really liked Leela giving Mom's boys the "eyes" in TCHR, that was cool the way she was so obviously enjoying herself.

OOO! Ooo! One more! Amy's expression in TSHL, both when she is playing with the mechanical hook game and later when Leela is like, "Where did she learn to use the grapple like that?"

Amy has a great sequence in KGKuaN.It is during the baby shower when Kif and her parents are talking about the new responsibilites she is going to have. They did a great job with the growing look of panic and fear that overcame before she bolted. (poor Amy!) 

Another great on from the same episode was at the end when she pressed her cheek to Kif's face. Very sweet!

Yeah, I also like Bender's use of emotions.  My favourites include:
"Bendless Love" - when after leaving the Hip Joint Bender (posing as Flexo) goads Angelyne into going to her place together. "Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut....."
"BITW" - Bender runs a gamut of emotions from joy, enthusiasm, through to squeamishness then sorrow as he watches a group of broken robots meet their doom.  (The little arms by his face do a good job in conveying emotions too here.)
"TKOS" - the halfhearted look on Bender's face as he tried to convince Tate that he can be a Globetrotter one last time, followed by rejection and subsequent dejection (my personal fave as you can see...)
Whenever Bender shouts "DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED!" as in "TPWP" and "TFP" - the look of blind panic in his face says it all...
In "AWITM" look at Bender's pupil reactions and facial expression when Fry mentions that he and Bender may meet senoritas...

Dr. Zoidberg has some good ones too:
When he gets drugged up by another doctor in "BGM" - notice the pupils and the subsequent dazed looks. "Clack...."
In "LLLIS" when Zoidy catches sight of the lobster in the tank, cue soft focus and one of the biggest smiles on his face in the whole series.
Also some blink-and-you-miss-it shots of Zoidberg in one scene in "TBBOIC" as he's about to eat food thrown at the wall and on the floor.
Funniest of all is the serious expression in "TKOS" when Zoidy is playing chess by himself, ponders which piece to move, chooses one, pauses... then quickly eats it with undisguised glee. (It's my favourite visual gag in the series.)

Honourable mentions go to the Professor in "COTH" when he describes Halley's Comet whooshing through space, as well as Leela's coy, ponytail-stroking look in "TDTESS" when she asks about a "Mrs. Quequay".

I also really like the expression on the Professor's face when he leaves Fry with Zoidberg for a physical.(The Series Has Landed)  The professor starts to walk out of the room, saying "You'll be fine" and then looks back with a real doubtful look on his face.  Pure genius on the animators part!
