less of the characters

was anyone disapointed that in the last season there was less of the other characters. The robot mafia didnt appear once and mom had barely any appearance and very few lines.

I had had enough of the secondary characters by the time of the last season. I was glad they spent more effort on the core characters (and Kif) in the final episodes...

Yeah, I was a little disappointed, especially since the Robot Mafia showed such potential in "Bender Gets Made". And new characters like Barbados Slim did little to rectify matters. 

 However, I think the trade off was for a greater development of the main characters, which was long overdue. Perhaps if they'd gotten round to making a Season 5 then the secondary characters would've had their chance to strike back.

Yes i also noticed that the robot mafia were not in Producion season 4, i think i mention it in anothother post, because i do really like the robot mafia,

and like Mouse said above me that in Bender Gets Made they were really good in that ep anyways nothing we can do now but compain

Yeah and the Robot Mafia, the ENTIRE Robot Mafia, are also in Crimes Of The Hot. But they don't say or do anything special so who cares?!

Who cares about the robot Mafia?  How many jokes can you wring out of them that haven't already been done to death with Fat Tony on The Simpsons?

yes, it is a little disappointing...but I think much more apperances would make the secondary characters boring and predictable...though we'll never know. But, when it comes down to it, I prefer the room with the secondary characters to be taken up by shippiness instead.

Nibbler...I didn't think anyone liked him... (then again, I'm sure people have felt the same way about Yancy) Anyways, I'll go with our good friend Hermes on this one:

They were robot gangsters, though. In typical Futurama style, they managed to give possibly tired concepts new legs by futuring them up a notch. Donbot's "File not found" line is a case in point.
