Actually i would probably take leela.

leela: more intelligent than Amy, more committed, ok body. (don't care about eye)
Amy : A bit better looking than leela, I'm sure i would get some snu snu :P , a bit more feminine than leela.

I'd date Leela. She's an amazing, independent, confident woman who could give me a real run for my money in a fistfight. She also has a strong moral code, and is distinctive and unique. Added to which, she's sexy as hell - I love her eye.

That's pretty much everything I look for in a woman. And I'd have a chance with her too - she shagged *ZAPP* for God's sake. If he could get lucky with her then I surely would.

• Who says it would erase only selected memories, and not all of them?
  Hey... somebody could make a good fanfic out of that...
  
• The only thing in the show we've seen that is remotely like the device you describe, was the "Mem-o-ray" in "CotH," and that helps you remember things, not forget them.
  
• The only hope you have of winning Fry's heart by "editing" his memories would be by convincing Nibbler to use his 'flashy thing'  on him - but Nibbler seems to want them together.
  So as I said above, good luck with that!

I'm absolutely unfamiliar with the game.
Though it's even farther from canon than the Futurama comics.

Y'know, t'would seem to me that you have the germ of a right good 'fic there... what with the lusting after loving Fry, the willingness to commit felonies go to extreme's to get him to love you, etc.
You're motivated enough to make a good story out of it.
