Between the 2, Susan Boil was worse by far.  Hitler was on screen for maybe 2 seconds.

Edit:  I just watched "Killer App" again, and it's definitely Susan Boil.  Not only does it date the episode, but there's not satire in the character.  Lame...

Susan Boil. I liked the rest of AOTKA. But hated Susan. And just the fact that they made the Susan Boyle joke. I mean, even when that script was WRITTEN it was outdated. Sorry, Patric.

i can't believe people actually like kif!! wtf is so funny about him? he's probably the most hate-able character out of any show, ever! i like Zapp just cuz he picks on kif. I think any episode with kif in it is nearly ruined. i even hate him more than cubert, but cubert's second. i really wish they would just do away with both of them

Hermes is by far my least favourite main character. I am not the biggest fan of Leela either, (just look at every poorly rated Fututrama episode and they are Leela episodes) but she gives more laughs and depth than Hermes.

Zapp is the personification of arrogance & conceit.  He's an easy target for jokes, which makes him an indispensible character.

I only ever really found Cubert annoying in A Clone of My Own. I thought that he was entirely bearable in all the other episodes he was in. In fact, I find him even less annoying when paired with Dwight, but maybe that's just me.

I'm not a big fan of cubert or dwayne (sp?).  As for Tinny Tim, I enjoy seeing him on the show.  He's the go-to character, whenever the script has anythng to say about poverty, etc.
