Am I the only one who shares Venus' habits in fantasy?

But Shiny...

You gave Fry to *******.  That's cruel.

But you let Leela live and now she's a vengeance driven killing machine, with ******* firmly in her sights.

******* should hope his imminant ***** is quick and *******...

Thanks, Ralph!  But that's what I was saying, my twisted daydream imaginings are what leads me to angsty hurty plots.  I was just wondering if only Venus and I were...hmmm...inclined that way.

And I'm real glad to see you again...but, er, could you conceal the specifics in your post?  I was trying not to give away a plot point, hopefully to suck in new victims readers unawares...

Much obliged.  :)

Oh shiny - you know any newbies who see a story about an angry Leela on the warpath will race to read it.

I love the kind, compassionate Leela, but I really love the angry, vengeful Leela.  She's a person with a 'kill or be killed' attitude and will not be stopped until her goal is obtained.  Her few friendships are things that she value most of all, sometimes more than her own life.  That makes her one hell of a friend to have.

But I do appologize for spoiling any plots.

Good thing I've read that story, otherwise I'd think your previous post had some language in it...

Personally, I think one of Leela's main 'attractions', if you will, is that most of the time she's in 'defensive' mode, and it's a challenge to get her to convert to 'compassionate' mode. It's gives her an 'unattainable' yet 'irresistable' quality.
Note: This is only one aspect. There may be more.

Had a dream about Futurama last night about Bender playing poker with gorillas and Leela, Hermes, Zoidberg and Amy stop him and then they're walking along an island and they had to race soap boxes.  Then I woke up.  Wish I could've seen more.

How are you breaking it? Only one post is the bump...unless every reply afterwards is also part of the bump, in which case you (and I) are contributing to it, and therefore still not breaking it.

Last Month, I had a dream that I was getting issue #54, and right next to it, there was an alternate issue #54.  I looked through the other version and it was about Bender wanting to join the Robot Mafia and they want Bender to steal drugs for them.  Fry follows Bender and they both get bracelet bombs that will explode if they walk over 20 yards of the PE Ship.

There was a part where Roberto stole the PE ship with Fry in it and Bender drives a hovercycle to get to it.  Then I got the alternate issue #54 and I yelled outside the store saying, "Attention Futurama Fans this is the real issue #54!  Not that crappy one about the androids and the pet show!"  Then everyone came in and threw and ripped up the issue #54 and replaced it with the alternate one.

Too bad that didn't really happen in issue #54, Bender getting drugs for the Robot Mafia that is.....

*Sigh* It's because this thread is from 2006. Not as bad as futurefreak's 10 year bumpage in the Goof section though. O_O

Also, what's everyone's big deal with Issue #54... It wasn't THAT bad, and even if it was, it's just one issue, get over it.
