Best Minority Characters

Who do you think is the best minority character?  A minority character is allowed to be either a backround character or a character that only appeared once.  Who's it gonna be?  I don't have a favorite.  Then again, I usually don't like to play favorites.  Besides, this is YOUR opinion.

He's got great lines in my above-all favorite episode, Insane in the Mainframe. As for Obsoletely Fabulous... I haven't seen it yet. It's one of the two episodes of Futurama I HAVEN'T seen.
