yea, that's hilarious. also, when he's in the trapdoor dungeon in a bycyclops built for two, and he's trying to escape, and he hits the release and gets caught under the door coz he's pouring the chanpagne on his head

Either when Zoidberg cuts his arm off, or when he lands on the ground after Leela pushes him out of the helicopter in WITHW. When Fry gets his arm cut off, it's not really the injury that I find amuzing, but when he yells "you bastard, I'll kill you! You bastard!"...great acting. And plus Zoidberg is involved. Horaay!

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet (mostly 'cause I'm to illiterate(or lazy, make your choice) to read every post), but my favorite injury is in The Sting. I just think the it set up for the best shippy/melodramatic ep in Futurama's history. Even though it just occured to me that Fry only dyed in Leela's dream......

My favorite is the arm in WMIBACIL, but some good ones are:
 - Fry being hit with Pamela Anderson's head
 - Benders fishing rod hitting him
 - and of course, Fry getting hurt on the probulator (that could be considered an injury)

I'd forgot how many times Fry had done himself an injury.

At first, I'd have said when Zoidberg cut his arm off, but now I think when he lost his head in the car crash.  PMSL again!

It was great when he parachuted out of the helicopter to save Bender.
I also really like the one where him and Bender are playing that Star Wars-like hologram boardgame, and all Benders pieces attack him.
