Hypnotoad Vs. Big Brain: Who Wins?

After watching "The Day The Earth Stood Stupid" on CN tonight, I'm wondering who you think would be the better guy from tonight?

Mine is the Hypnotoad, because he can clobbbed the Big Brain to the pulp, better yet, he can clobbed the Big Brain to the pulp in the ratings!!!

While I'm a great hailer of the Hypnotoad, This seems simple to me:

The brains have no eyes, therefore cannot be effected by the toad.  The toad has more brain activity than a dead weasle or a cartoon viewer, so will be vunerable to the brains. 

The Brains win.

It should be noted that the Hypnotoad doesn't really seem to want to conquer.  It just wants to be worshiped.  The Brains want to conquer, or at least, destroy.

The Brain, obviously. Didn't Nibbler already explain that EVERYTHING LIVING, people, animals, and robots, are "stupidified" as I like calling it. Fry is the only hope of saving the universe, NOT Hypnotoad.

Besides, Hypnotoad annoys me. Fry is who I want to see on Futurama.

Brains, all the good reasons already listed I can't bother going into (Though Kryten's point of Hypnotoads ass perhaps need reinteration, it's that good) but also because of that squirmy little motherfucking Hypnotoad who has forever soiled that brief gag character for me!!

I thought I would say the brains, but the hypnotoad said otehrwise.  He also mentioned something a bout not paying my taxes, the great day of toad, and an arms cache near Elko Nevada.
