Fry is funnier. There's just something about him that makes me crack up rather than Bender. I think it's his compulsive, stupid naivety. He's just funnier in my opinion.

Remember when both Frys and Leelas are at Elzars, and Universe-1 Fry and Leela (we'll call them opposite) are laughing about Opposite Leela's excuses for not dating. Then Fry glares at Leela and says "Yeah they're funny. Hah hah hah hah" really sarcastically. I just cracked up. Fry is so funny when he tries to be smart.

Bender is funny because he's clever. Fry's funny because he isn't. They both have their benefits, but having a clever sense of humor is the better kind. So bender would be the funnier one.

Well, thinking about it, they're both equally funny. Fry can also say incredibly funny things, but they're funny because they're stupid. And Bender can also do incredibly funny things, only they're funny because they're so mean and reckless.

Please, people. One is not funny without the other. Bender gets more laughs, but fry sets up more opportunities due to his stupidity.

Plus, Fry is more earnest, making the QUALITY of the joke better.
