How about a spin off show with just the Zapper? 

I think it'd be a good crack, he is definately one of the funniest characters in the show.

I dunno, maybe for a series of 5-7 minute short cartoons, a la Johnny Bravo... I don't think he could be used for anything longer...

Why doesn't some fan, who can draw well, and is fluent in Flash, make short web toons w/ Futurama crew? You, know, kind of like Joe Cartoon, only funny.

I'd like to see Zapp get punished for all his crimes, and Kiff getting to become captain of the ship, but just as Zapp goes to prison, he meets a police officer who's his "biggest fan", so Zapp gets to go free because of this, and of course, Kiff get's screwed again.

Probably not a good idea as a half hour, but I'd watch some 5-10 minute shorts.
